I had a heavy purchase from the shop and they have charged delivery charge within a distance of 1 kilometer... worst thing

Don't be get cheated . I have bought a shelf from them 6 months back. When we have visited the showroom, they showed us with a good piece with a good gauge of metal and they have promised that, they will be shipping the same piece to our home. But once they shipped the same, we noticed that the one they have shipped was not the same and it's having a very poor quality of gauge. When we asked the same, they said both the shelfs are same and they can;t replace. Now the condition of the shelf is pathetic, it's front doors came apart. So beware of buying goods from this fraud shop.
