It was really Pleasant and So Fantastic Hotel in Gangtok,Very good room service. Cleanness of room is also very good. Hotel staff is very good and smiling & good Behaviour as well Specially Mr. Vidyanand Singh ji ( Manager)

The hotel is really great ,very tidy neat and spacious room . The hospitality of staff is really good , the morning tea was the best part of my stay . The staff really cared for their guest and takes utmost care for the customer experience would always refer anybody for a good Gangtok experience

Half of the time it dosenot have light and the most important part is that if yoh come at 11 pm by night they charge fees to enter the hotel
