Brand factory is one of the best shopping center in our area. I see and my experience specially ZARA section there is no any new stocks, all the products are old. I think brand factory should look on this and collect new stocks.😥

The quality of all the goods are good but lack sizes choice ie 32(M). The staffs are cordial specially Sushmita Subba. It is always lovely to do shopping when she is around with full of suggestions.

If u are looking for brands like ZARA that r not even available in siliguri brand factory is the place to be
Special mention for PRABAKER LIMBU who always goes all out in showing the apparel that is displayed and ones kept at the storeroom also..he is one such employee whom all others shud look up to..10 more of PRABAKER and im sure brand factory wud had been even better!!!!

Staff are good and giving wonderful service specialy Suzan is a very friendly guy ,but stock trending is not available on youth,specially Levi's ,Lee and Wrangler..otherw oth store is ok...
