Superb food. Do not book Deluxe rooms go for Premium rooms so that u will have a great view. You should book your rooms with Dinner and breakfast included.

Courteous staff, good service. Rooms are good. Neatly maintained. Situated on main road. You can hop on a cab right outside the hotel.

Very nice property and the location is great for having views of valley. Gangtok ropeway is just opposite to Hotel.
Staff is very professional. Restaurant offers good services especially Ms. Nikita made very tasty coffee.

Earlier we wanted to stay at MG Road but out agent booked this hotel and thank God he did this. Staffs from reception to restaurant all were polite and quite helpful. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we checked in our kid was suffering from high fever and staffs were considerate about our situation. This hotel is situated in main road and view from this hotel is mesmerizing. All the places are easily accessible from here as taxi stand is nearby. I highly recommend this hotel in Gangtok. I wish I could give more stars

Me and my family stayed here for 2 days 3 nights I like this hotel so much the food was also amazing and everytime we go for roaming or for a trip and we come back to room the room were very clean and they don't touch any personal things in our room and every staff was very well mannered and polite altogether my experience was amazing and I hope that next time whenever I come to gantok i will stay in sumi sangreela hotel only and at last, thank you so much for all efforts and time the all staff gave to us ❣❣

We had a very pleasant stay at this hostel. Staffs were very polite and responsible. Rooms were really clean. Food is also good. Their breakfast menu has all varieties one can expect. Restaurant staffs Nikhita and Sneha did an excellent service with a lovely smile.

Ms. Soring and the front desk staff were extremely courteous and helped with directions to the hotel. They helped accommodate us in adjacent rooms on our request. Ms. Nikita and the restaurant staff were really polite, greeted us to a welcome tea, and helped with packaged breakfast on the day of departure. The housekeeping staff does a great job in keeping our rooms clean and well maintained. There's a great choice of food options in the breakfast buffet.
I would recommend staying at this hotel if you're planning a visit to Gangtok.

Had a great stay at sumi shangrila. The staff here is very friendly and polite, especially nikita, sneha, riya and arpan. These guys were generous enough to provide a great dining experience and chef pamit made sure to serve healthy delicious meals at all times during our 3 days stay here.

I must say that this is a great place to chill . The location and hygiene maintained here is a satisfaction. The food was delicious and the service team was very polite towards us . I just had a great time with my reunited friends without any embarrassment. Thank you Sukman Diden Soring Pema from the reception also Nikita Arpan Sneha sangam Deepak Albert from restaurant team.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, special mention to the restaurant staff- Nikita.
The complimentary breakfast was great catering to all people's needs and cuisines.
All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Thanks for making our visit to Gangtok that much better.

Overall my experience in hotel was very nice . Food was incredible. Staff was really caring and supportive. Rooms were clean , spacious , with a nice view . Sneha , Nikita, Arpan Sangam Bishal Rafick kitchen team name Pramit chef Biswas chef all were very nice and gave their best to give amazing experience. Thankyou sumi sangreela . Safe and worthy place to stay with family. Very neat and superb service. Food provided in inhouse restaurant is a value for money. We enjoyed our stay for few days and i can with much confidence recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives who visit Gangtok as tourist ஒரு on an official trip.
