I use to go once in a week. This is super calm place yar. The view, the atmosphere, the nature everything is so good.
Morning Opning time is 6 am to 11
Evening opening time is 2 to 6 pm
Pass charges are 50 if you want wanna go everyday.
Otherwise Entry charge is 30 rupee only.
I worth it.
I recommend everyone once go here.
Even people celebrate birthdays here.

Very good nature walk. Variety of birds. Very pleasant in the morning. Small platforms are available for morning exercises. Presently greenery is very less though lake is nearby. But situation will improve during rain. We enjoyed our morning walk a lot.

Gorewada biodiversity park/Gorewada nature trail is amazing place, Nature trail walk way is about 3.2 km inside with a walk way for morning walk, running and exploring. U can see the beauty of nature and habitat with many kinds of birds. Entry ticket is Rs.30 per person, and u can Make a monthly pass also.

One of the best place for morning stroll. The trail is 5 Kms and opens at 6am.

Migratory birds and animals like monkeys and peacocks can be seen in early hours and the walk is peaceful with scenic beauty all around.

The entry fees is just 30 rupees and monthly pass 50 bucks, a calculation I still haven't wrapped my head around.

Beautiful bio reserve created around the Gorewada lake and surrounding forest. It is a bird-watcher's paradise. Other than the conveniently placed sitting benches and a gazebo, the place has not been unnecessarily spoiled in the name of 'development for the sake of tourism'. The scenery is breathtaking!

It is a place to experience raw nature and various ecosystems. We take the kids to show them the birds, the wetlands, the marine life that is seen at the edge of the lake, bamboo groves, squirrels and at times, large monkeys on the trees. We even spotted what was probably a leopard kill in the natural canopy created by the bamboo trees (a little way from the start of the nature trail). The remnants of the prey, a goat, were seen. Adding a picture of it.

You can see a variety of birds, migratory and local. Herons, egrets, ducks, cormorants etc are seen in plenty. If you want to photograph, you will be charged a higher price for entry.

Despite the much better maintenance, it is sad that there is still some amount of garbage strewn here and there. The solar powered lights have also been destroyed by the visitors. But it is much less compared to other such places in Nagpur. This is the best place to take kids for a real natural experience within city limits.

As you start this 14km trail, walking deeper into the woods, the highway noises drown away to be replaced by twittering birds and leaves brushing in the wind. At every corner, there's a little creature waiting to surpirse you. On either side of the trail is a wall of thickets and trees where birds and monkeys play around unaware of you.

To get here, drive up Katol road till Katol Naka Chowk and take a right to get on the inner ring road. Half a mile up the road, you'll see the gate on the left side.

Timings: 6am to 10am then 3pm to 5pm

Parking: If you park oitside the gate, it's free. I've never seen police being bothered about it much. But if you park inside, the price is as follows:

2 wheelers ₹25
4 wheelers ₹100

Entrance fee is about ₹30 or something.

Nagpurs own share of little Forrest right inside the city. Gorewada nature's trail is a very peaceful place for a morning trail. It is also an amazing destination budding bird watchers and photographers.

It is awesome, I had never experience like this. This is the better place to know the nature. You found here 210 types of birds. There are some migratory birds which travel a distance from overall world. This biggest international zoo ever in the Asia. Nature trail....Best time to visit is Winter or early summer

Crowd does make the experience a bit underwhelming ..but what do the authorities can do about it ...

Nature trail especially for nature lover, and also a good spot for picnic time morning 6 to 12 and evening 3 to 7 but nature trail allowed only in morning

Wonderful experience.. i went in rainy season🌧 . The path was little wet. Good for morning walk. But reach there by 6 am to get a good breeze and can enjoy entire track
