Helpful and cooperative

This clinic plays with people’s body. I went on 10th December their with a painful stiff neck and they were too quick to suggest Dry needle therapy before any pain killer or compress etc. They did not ask whether I had any food before or anyone to attend to me. When they started the treatment I started fainting and that’s when it crossed their mind to ask about if I had any food. When I came to consciousness I saw they themselves were panicked and 1 of their doctors holding my legs while another girl patting my cheeks vigorously saying ‘wake up wake up’. I came to know that they had not bothered to inform the possibility of blocked blood supply to brain in the above mentioned treatment because of which I had collapsed. When I confronted about the same and asked for a written report of everything that happened to me, they were ambiguous and rude. Then they spoke to Dr Ankush who happens to be the owner of this clinic and tampered with their own patient medical slip which I demanded. They completely refused the responsibility of their own botched up treatment. On top of it all they were only concerned about the money for a treatment that only worsened my condition. Do not go to this clinic if you care for your well-being. Qualifications and competence of their so called ‘doctors’ is highly questionable and I experienced that first hand.
