I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for consistently outstanding experiences I have had at The Orchid Hotel Pune. As a frequent visitor due to the proximity of my newly constructed apartment, this hotel has become my go-to place during my stays in Pune, particularly for supervising the post-construction phase and interior designing.

The level of service provided by the staff has been exceptional. They have consistently demonstrated accommodation and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Notably, on two occasions, I experienced a proactive room upgrade without incurring any additional costs, showcasing the staff's commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

The ambiance of the hotel is quiet and pleasant, contributing to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for consistently making each of my visits memorable. Their dedication to ensuring a great experience has been a significant factor in my continued patronage of the hotel.

In conclusion, I highly commend the orchid hotel for its exceptional service and hospitality. I look forward to future stays and will confidently recommend this establishment to others.

Staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, the food delicious.However , the lobbies where all the rooms are housed on all the floors appeared somewhat dull and darkish. The management needs to work on this to provide a good and cozy ambience.

Surprised with their outstanding customer service. Jyotshna at the Guest Relations desk, went out of the way, helping me on my urgent business needs. Ms Gargee, the Duty Manager, was of immense help to facilitate my stay. Miran with the restaurant took care of my business guests, during multiple meeting sessions.
Overall the stay was outstanding and very enjoyable. I thank all these excellent people and their commitment to do a great job.

TOO MUCH CROWDED. ROOMS NOT GIVEN IN PROPER LINE AS WE WERE THERE FOR WEDDING, RELATIVES ROOM WERE TOO FAR. WHOS FUNCTION GOING IN WHICH BANQUET HARD TO UNDERSTAND. They should take limited orders n NOT OVER CROWD THE PLACE. MORNING BREAKFAST NOT SERVED PROPERLY IT WAS SMELLY. ON ASKING FOR CHANGE THEY SAY TIME IS OVER. THEY JUST WANT TO BE PUNCTUAL ON TIME RATHER SERVING GOOD FOOD.

Hotel and staff were great.

Only issue we had was the smell in the room. This may have been due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom / bedroom.

The hotel I visited was well-maintained and provided a delightful experience overall. The food quality was top-notch, ensuring both tastiness and hygiene. However, I was disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my stay, depriving me of an anticipated recreational activity.

One aspect that didn't sit well with me was the pricing policy for the buffet dinner. They charged the same amount, Rs. 1299 + taxes, for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This seemed unjustified as typically non-vegetarian dishes tend to be more expensive due to the cost of meat.

Despite this drawback, I appreciated the efforts put forth by the hotel staff in maintaining high standards in other areas. The attentive and courteous service from the staff added to the positive experience. The ambiance and cleanliness of the dining area and rooms were commendable, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's commitment to maintaining a well-groomed property and providing delectable and hygienic food is praiseworthy. Although the swimming pool's temporary closure was a letdown, I understand that maintenance is essential for the long-term quality of the facilities.

In conclusion, while the hotel had a lot to offer and generally exceeded expectations, the issue with the buffet pricing could be addressed to ensure fairness to all guests. Despite this, I would still recommend this establishment to others and encourage them to maintain the high standards they have set in other aspects. Keep up the good work!

One of the best hotel in Pune, Maharashtra. All Staff are good and friendly. Room and Dinner breakfast was very delicious

Nice place for marriage and reception. Hall is very good but overall entry and exit was small. Buffet was very good , tasty

Good place for a variety of events but it is a bit away from the city. More over the roads leading to entry points are crowded at office hours.

This is place on Express way Nh48. This is a good stop over if one is travelling long distance from Mumbai. They have a good food and service. Mostly they have Indian food in buffet only and not alakat. The Asian restaurant has good options though not Indian but food is good and they serve drinks too.

I visited orchid to have a team buffet dinner. Food was really great. The number of nonveg and veg starters is less but the taste was really good. They should increase the number of starters. Rest I don't think any negative points.

One of the best stay. Services are super fast. Cleanliness and so hygiene. Chef have provide the jain food too. Such lovely staff. Amazing.
