Fragrant Nature is located probably at one of the highest peaks of Munnar town.

You get to see the panoramic view of the entire valley and the nearby tea estates from the rooms, coffee shop, dining area and the reception.

Staff (everyone from security, reception, restaurant, the chefs, housekeeping, ...) are amazing.
They are very caring, make a big difference in ensuring that the guests have a very comfortable stay.

They serve very good food with varieties both veg and non-veg. And customize to your special needs, if any.

We recently stayed at Fragrant Nature. From start to finish the whole experience was incredible. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly and polite staff. The views were amazing and all the amenities as well. Spa was a great experience. Very professional. I would love to visit this property again. Very happy with our stay and thank you Fragrant Nature.

The rooms were clean. The view from the room, dining, and reception are worth visiting this place. They provide lots of other activities like nature guided tour, spa and hiking tour. The staff here is very welcoming.
Breakfast has plenty of variety. The meal menu has a wide variety, and it was tasty and authentic.

This is a beautiful hotel with very nice, neat and clean rooms. The staff here is excellent, right from the front desk (Blessy & Ullas) to the restaurant staff. Special shout out to the restaurant staff who was so attentive and took care of every little need. Chef Alex and Chef Martin were very accommodating and made special food for the children as per our requirements every day. Shekhar, Nebin, Deepak, Rajkumar, Monica and everyone else at the restaurant were so courteous and on their toes constantly. They served everyone with a smile.
I've mentioned just a few names but every single member of the staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to cater to your needs. Thank you so much to all of you for making it a memorable trip.

We had a short stay at Fragrant Nature. It is tucked away in a quiet spot 10 minutes from town. The views are amazing. All rooms have windows and balconies facing the mountains. The rooms are clean and the service is lovely. We enjoyed the afternoon chai at the open terrace with local savories. Signed up for a guided tour. The walk through back alley takes you to the tea estates. The tour ended with a bon-fire back at the hotel. (Other than the diesel fire starter that stank, it was a relaxing experience.) We chose to order room-service. The chef came to talk to us to get our order and preference. The food was amazing. Kerala parotta with duck curry.. Yum.. (No liquor served at the hotel. The taxi drivers outside were happy to fetch us a bottle.) The beds were comfy. Breakfast at the restaurant had western and eastern cuisine.. Skip all of it and order poori. It was as fluffy as the clouds that passed by (photo 2). Spent quiet a bit of time in the balcony(photo 1). Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time staying at Fragrant Nature. The location of the hotel is amazing and has beautiful views of mountains. Food was great . You can’t walk anywhere to do any activities. It’s about 5-7 km from Munnar town . But the benefit of it being a further is that it’s quiet . I highly recommend Fragrant Nature.

This place is absolutely worth the money! The view from the hotel lobby and the room is breath taking. We had stayed in the moonlight bliss rooms. The garden is well maintained and full of flowers. The room is big, spacious and well lit. The attached balcony has a small flower garden with a sitting area which has a nice ambience. At night it used to get covered in fog which was other worldly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is extremely nice with a variety of options. Make sure to sit outside in the balcony to have breakfast with a view.
Bathroom is clean, tidy, well lit and spacious.
The resort also has indoor games like table tennis, carrom, chess, ludo, foosball etc to keep you entertained.
Many activities are arranged by the resort. They also organise a bonfire in the evening. I went for cycling in Munnar with the cycle provided by the resort which was a memory for a lifetime! But the cycles need maintenance.
Ask for Mr. Manimaran who will tell you all about Munnar and stuff to do around Munnar. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and charming to talk to.
Also the bar licence had expired when we visited it and was due for renewal. You can get liquor from outside but it's unsafe to get out of the resort after nightfall.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about it.

We went to Munnar for a night stay and this hotel was beautiful. Fragrant nature moonlight bliss rooms were spacious and with a beautiful balcony with a view. Clean and tidy.

When we arrived our checkin was seamless, my husband was sick because of food poisoning and motion sickness, and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Specially thank you to inhouse Doctor Reju, he came multiple times to check on my husband and his kindness and advice helped him recover quicker.

Also much thank you to the house keeping staff and the restaurant staff ( apologies I didn’t note their names ) were very helpful and fulfilled all our requests with a smile.

Honestly it was really difficult to see my husband suffering as in India food poisoning is no joke, but the staff at hotel fragrant nature Munnar made us feel extremely taken care of and would totally recommend this hotel.

Nice, courteous staff. Rooms were good, little bit of water leak from the shower area to the bathroom floor. The food was good. We also went to the terrace area which is at the bottom of the property. It is pretty but some sewage smell is there which made the experience unpleasant. Maybe they can make that area better which will be great.

Incredible time here and can’t wait to be back! Service is amazing and the facilities are great. Manimaran led us on a nice tea garden tour and there are plenty of activities to get involved in.

Now comes the best part - food. Honestly i didn't expect north Indian food of such a good quality. The hotel also offers complimentary high tea and welcome drinks.

Also, all the teams (front desk, room service, and F&B) are very helpful. Special mention to Deepak and Priya of the F&B team.

Excellent experience here, the staff is very polite and understanding. The ambience from reception to the room is absolutely amazing. the food was quite good as well and the location gives pleasent vibes during the morning. Would surely consider staying here again

I had a very good experience of staying in this hotel. Very tidy and clean rooms and a good view from thd window. I felt very secure and comfortable here. Besides, the staff was very polite. We relished the foods. Overall a good experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. While the location is quite far and high up (most travellers would get motion sickness driving up the mountain to get to it), you are rewarded with a great view of the surrounding valley and rice terraces. The game room has Carrom, chess, and other board games. They have free chai and snacks in the afternoon as well. The staff are nice and helpful too. I highly recommend staying more than 2 days to account for resting time after the drive.

Stayed in Fragrant nature for 3 nights. The room was excellent and the view from the open balcony was fabulous. The valley was always covered with mist and when the sun comes up and mist clears for few minutes the view of the valley is so refreshing. The food is very good, although the choice of non vegetarian meat dishes were not that exhaustive. The break fast spread is fabulous. You get the best idliys un matched for its softness and taste anywhere.
