Very courteous and efficient staff. Lovely location. The breakfast and food in general was great.
We would have liked a bar in the hotel and a travel desk though!

We stayed at Sumit Swiss Heritage Darjeeling with family. The excellent well trained very courteous & polite staff. Made the stay very enjoyable & comfortable. The food is very tasty & varieties were offered so that there is no repeat. The hygiene is of very high stamdsrd. We need to mention special thanks to chef Suern, Devika, Shiwa & Romika for giving personal attention. We definitely recommend this hotel if you wish to have enjoyable holidays at Darjeeling

Swiss Summit Hotel and Resort in Darjeeling holds beautiful view. My recent trip to Darjeeling was an amazing experience with their amazing hospitality and service. Staffs are friendly and are always ready to serve. Shiva, Rajie, Debika were amazing during our stay .

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Darjeeling ! 5 star , keep it up!!!

Such a great ambiance of summit swiss heritage. Really awesome hospitality, food quality, staff behavior, rooms etc. The hotel has a wonderful view from terrace and rooms. i really loved this hotel and speacialy the employee name "Romika" , "Purbha" , "Yogesh" , " kritan "and "Niharika" they are such a loving person of mine♥

Our visit to Darjeeling was made memorable largely due to our stay at Summit Swiss Heritage Resort and Spa. The rooms are a dream, from which we had a direct and mesmerizing view of the mountain queen, Kanchenjunga. Room service, housekeeping, behavior of staff- there is nothing more to ask for. We were greeted with a smile everytime we needed their service. Thank you Summit Swiss, for every moment we spent here. We would like to give it the highest number of stars.

It was a wonderful stay with my family..on 11thnovember 2023. To 12th nov 23....keventers ,glenary jsst 7 min walk ....the cottage called pandim was absolutely perfect in all aspects...the food was awesome...staff always ready to help..wld luv to go there again

Fantastic mix of Heritage and new age properties. Wonderful views of Darjeeling hills. Good food but a little bit on the expensive side. Only problem is the washrooms do not have proper ventilation and stinks from time to time. Ventilation through false ceiling is to be considered.

The property is at a walking distance from the main area but still peaceful and beautiful. Visited the place in December 2021 and the staff were really welcoming and nice.
