Udaan Hotels | Dekeling Resort

Overall we had a great stay at the resort. There USP is food, from breakfast to dinner everything was amazing. Staff was very cordial and polite. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property is nicely built, good interiors.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a breathtaking view. The hotel's central location made exploring the city convenient. The on-site dining was good, providing a menu with delicious options. I appreciated the seamless check-in/check-out process, adding to the overall positive experience. Without a doubt, I'll be returning on my next visit.

Excellent staff, especially staff named Gyalzen lama was extremely cooperative, professional & helpful from very beginning ! Location was perfect & quite close to Mall Road . Rooms were spacious, well maintained with an outstanding view of Kanchenjunga ! Room service was quick and trustworthy ! Had good variety of breakfast options and in room dining too ! Overall had a great stay & we look forward to visit your property soon

A beautiful property very nicely and well maintained from the main market it is in a very high altitude and that makes its plus point to present you the mesmerizing and magnificent view of the whole mountain ranges and the valley. Humble staff's beautiful rooms food which they served over here is really good got highly in touch with one of the staff Mr Pranesh Rai thank you so much Mr Rai for your wonderful hospitality service

Beautiful resort. Very nice staff. Food here is awesome. We stayed here for 2 days. But never felt uneasy for hotel food.

This is the 3rd udaan hotel i am writing a review about prior to this i have written reviews about udaan gangtok and pelling
And this franchise continues to astound me with better experience each time
Room food and all is great but the staff is very attentive and helpful they gave us breakfast to carry at 4:00 AM in the morning when we were leaving to watch sunrise at tiger hill and we had to catch flight immediately after that so we had to checkout by 4.
Hats off and lots of thanks to all the staff of udaan for such a memorable and pleasing experience.
Will definitely recommend to all friends and family

Majestic view of the town Darjeeling is what you get to see when u stay in Udaan Dekeling. Thanks to one of the staff there Mr Pranesh for being so understanding of my requirements. You did a great job.

Rarest of the rare property with 360 degree view of Darjeeling and Kanchenjungha. Stayed there for few days in S15 family room and no doubt We had an amazing experience from seamless check in till the departure. Can't think of better stay stay and thanks to thorough professional team for their willingness to help all the way.
