I have got an excellent service from Clubside, especially so from Miss Salina, during my recent trip to Darjeeling. The various arrangements of the trip were made quickly and efficiently, and the services provided by the drivers punctual and reliable. I will be certainly utilizing Clubside's services for my next trip in the region.

We had a good experience with Clubside. We visited Sikkim during last week of April 2023 for 6 days. I had booked my flight tickets and hotels by myself. I relied on Clubside for vehicle for the entire duration of my trip. Initially I contacted Salina who helped make all bookings. Later on Mr. Sunil helped us as tour coordinator. For every day, we were provided with nice vehicle and quite decent drivers. In fact, the drivers provided for Sikkim local travel were quite experienced. I did not have any issues with any of the drivers nor the vehicles provided. I had a pleasant experience. Thanks to Sunil and Salina for all the assistance.

One of the most professional organisation I have come across after a long-time. Whole team of Clubside has been very professional. I didn't have a long tour booked through them. It was a short tour of Pelling but the way it was taken care of was fantastic. From Salina in operations department to Sunil their transport manger to Seema their airport rep and to the Car Captain were very very professional. I would recommend them highly. Our experience with Clubside Travels during our recent visit to Sikkim & Kalimpong has been excellent. The best part being the promptness of the vehicle arrival at respective points. The drivers also throughout were very courteous, specially the one who took us from our hotel in Gangtok to Nathula Pass. Forgot his name. An expert & safe driving through the difficult terrains & hills of Himalayas.

Only one critical feedback wanted to give is about the calls the drivers accept & make while driving is not good. The driver in particular who drove us from Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok, was continuously on phone & very loud in his conversation. It is definitely not safe to be on phone while driving & particularly through the narrow congested highway on Sevoke - Teesta.

A special mention of our travel co-coordinator Mr. Raj whose service was very prompt & pro-active. He had been continuously briefing us & keeping us updated about our itinerary & vehicle / driver details.

Overall a very pleasant experience & smooth affair with Clubside Travels.
