Very very great travel agent and reliable
We had booked 5 days trip and our trip was very adventurous
We love this agency

Booked our train tickets from NJP to Kolkata when others could not. Price was a little high, but we were happy to pay extra. We checked online and with others agents and none had these tickets.

I visited this Agency and their flight tickets were too cheap and taken taxi service
The driver was very good we enjoyed a lot as driver was very experienced and had all knowledge
We were cheated by another travel agency in njp but he solved or problem
Do visited this Agency they charge little extra but their service is also extra ordinary

Would not suggest this tours and travels. Booked them from darjeeling to siliguri and the driver was worst. The innova was old. Not recommended.

I clearly told the agent that, I need a well maintained car but it was the complete opposite. Interior was stinking, car had lots of dents, couldn’t find the seatbelt lock, rear tyre was not ok. But they wouldn’t care. I got sick in the car. I paid exactly what they asked for.
I wrote them on whatsapp, and guess what ‘No Reply’

Be aware of them. They gave me wrong information and tried to charge me 250% of the original train ticket fare.
