I am very happy with your service Flower Aura. Grateful to them as my order was rescheduled as in first attempt my order couldn't be delivered as nobody was at home then. But , Mr Tirtha a representative of Flower Aura helped me promptly to rescheduled the order and it was delivered by 8pm same day. Good job to Mr. Tirtha and the delivery boy .

Actually Cake was not delivered on allotted time slot and message card along with cake was incomplete and written in really bad handwriting. After a long conversation with Tirtha, she understood the core feeling behind our emotions and fresh card with really nice handwriting was delivered within half an hour. Liked her effective efforts rather than standard response. Finally it served the purpose.
