Worst experience with the bank. We are NRIs and response to email is very poor. Not attending phone calls also. Many times I have complained no use still the same. Pathetic. Disappointed customer!!!

Worst experience. On 14.08.2020 I went to renew my gold loan at the branch. I was issued token no 3 upon my arrival at 9:30 am. After calling the first token it soon transpired that priority was given to relatives of the staff for the renewal purposes. When I enquired about this to security he said he had no choice but to do like they tell him to. My token was finally called at 11:15am and I was charged 587 rupees as appraiser fees for loan amount of Rs 35000. When I enquired about this the appraiser told me he is a contract employee and during lockdown he had no income and this is his means of income. Earlier the staff used to be polite but now the present lot are mannerless . They even note down the gold items pawned wrong. Irresponsible as well. Poor poor performance.
