I would any day prefer Dr Shinoj over any other physiotherapists. The no-nonsense attitude and patience to address all the concerns make the experience worthwhile. I went to Dr Shinoj with a chronic shoulder injury and a swelling on my neck, which was dismissed a normal lymph node swelling and symptom of a very "common" Cervical spondylosis by a reputed doctor and my previous physiotherapist. None of them treated it with he seriousness it deserves. After 3 weeks of sessions with Dr Shinoj the pain is completely gone and now I am confident on getting it cured completely. The approach and behavior of the staff are also a reflection of the values Dr Shinoj represents. I will be more than happy to suggest his services to my friends and family.

As a side note, quality service doesn't always command premium.

I have been to many physiotherapy centres but Tims rehab clinic is hands down the best clinic i ever visited. I suffering from chondromalacia patella grade 1 over my left knee and completely lost my mobility. Doctors suggested surgery for complete cure. As a means of last resort before going under knife, I gave physiotherapy a try and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr Shinoj gave me confidence and has been with me throughout my rehabilitation journey. Dr Shinoj and all his assistants are extremely cooperative and supportive. They gave me my life back. I would genuinely recommend TIMS rehabilitation clinic to everyone.

To be honest the first time I visited TIMS, I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous decade my severe neck pain had been treated by a number of doctors both Allopathy & Ayurveda and close to a dozen physiotherapists without success.

Dr.Shinoj & his team made me feel as though something could be done from day one, they were right!

After so many years of pain, I can now go through life relatively pain free; I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible.

Dr. Shinoj is the head of the organization and he is the best physiotherapist I have come across. He is the final source for many for improving and maintaining mobility. He will find the root cause of anyone's pain/mobility issues and will provide the treatments based on that.
The institution is backed with modern types of equipment and dedicated and helping staff.
