I was searching for a good cycle (After end of the lockdown) and entered this store with very less hopes, but turned out good 😊. Good thing was they had new arrivals but wasn’t even unpacked, @Gopi mentioned that they have a stock and he will open & show in few min. Mechanic Sonu, who took this work and he unpacked a brand new (@Schnell branded) cycle and showed me in no time. What I liked a most is very good at customer service and they did not disappoint me in any way. Even though I was not knowing Schnell brand very well, Gopi explained it and since I was a beginner (after long gap in cycling) I thought to give try and bought it in first look. Its now almost 2 months and I am happy it’s a good cycle. And I recommend this place for cyclists or enthusiasts who wanted to buy a cycle as, “they have very good collection of multi-brand”. Bought a Gsports cycle yesterday for my 4 year old son. Sales persons Dinesh and Jayaprakash were very helpful. They bundled training wheels, bell and basket along with the cycle. We could finalize a cycle, get it assembled and take delivery within an hour. Overall happy with the shopping experience and would recommend a visit for your cycle needs.
