This is my second visit in this lovely place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's premises are very nice, with a great pool area. Had a great time in Revolution & Nostalgia restaurant. The food was outstanding & the presentation was top-notch.

Excellent Reception, clean tidy, staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to have a great time there with your family and friends.

It's a great place to go for time out in our hectic busy life. This is our second visit to this place. I can't find any flaws to this resort. Rooms, location and specialy service's are excellent. Though I might say the resort is a bit expensive. May be quality never come chip. Any way best wishes for palace resort family & thanks.

We had a lot of fun there. Really calm and tranquil surroundings as they were whispering beauty.
In my opinion, the thing that makes this resort different from others is the natural beauty.
Each leaf was a stroke of art. The memory that we made there is being cherished as a timeless sympathy for our senses.
All the other reviews aside, the stunning beauty and the food made us return there even after 7 years.

Wonderful experience! The best 5 star hotel in Bangladesh in my opinion. Great food and service. We stayed at the presidential villa. This resort is surrounded by natural beauty. There are many activities for kids and grown ups.
A perfect place to relax during a vacation while staying in a busy city and living a mechanical life.

Buffet dinner/lunch were absolutely delicious. Price worthy service. Only washroom service is marginal (comparison to Sayeman)

What a great place this is to spend the vacation!! I went there with my husband to celebrate our first marriage anniversary. We booked the one bedroom villa and it was so amazing! We fell in love with the villa and specifically the balcony. It gives you such a cozy vibe that you can spend the entire day in the balcony.
The resort offers many options to spend your time including activities. The swimming pool is quite big and it also has a separate section for women only. The changing rooms and the shower systems are very nice.
There are many indoor and outdoor sports options and the staffs are very prompt to provide the necessary equipment to play the games. You can even bring your own equipments to play. We enjoyed playing badminton and basketball.
The inter resort community system is really great. Wherever you want to go, they have their own communication system and they can get you anywhere.
The staffs are very well behaved and throughout our stay we didn’t face any issues rather we were being surprised by their thoughts and generosity.
The resort offers plenty of options for the kids to play and spend their time with. Lots of play grounds were there and in every section, there is a dedicated kids section as well. I think parents with their children can spend really good time here.
We went there on a package with which breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. The buffet was really great! There were lot of options to choose from and each of the item tasted delicious. I have seen a lot of buffets just provide unnecessary items to increase the item number. But here not only they provide a good number of items but also every food was delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very active and they kept cleaning your plates at once you are done eating. We also tried one of the two out of the tower restaurants here - Revolution. We tried the beef sirloin steak there and it was too good. They also arranged a candle light dinner for us to give us surprise and we liked it so much!
Overall, even though at first it seems that they charge a lot of money for per night stays, I can say you won’t regret it. The total expense regarding the food and all it is reasonable for a five star resort to ask for that amount of money and every service is worth of it.
I would definitely want to come again. If you are looking to spend some days in nature and in peace you can definitely choose this resort to stay. I loved it so much.

For me, the Palace Luxury Resort is the best resort in Bangladesh till now in-terms of location, view, decoration,food taste, and facilities. Specially the indoor play zone and kids water park has made them superior among of its kind.

I have visited this place thrice. Every time I am amazed by their services. The facilities and the staffs, all are top notch in their services. One thing is, if you take your private vehicle to this place, its better. or else, you have to hire / rent a car from city to visit here, and its a little expensive.

I’d say the best place to stay in Bangladesh. Service is above and beyond. Foods are outstanding. Villas are luxury and comfy . And the best thing is the buggy service which is included with your stay .

I stayed 2 days there and it was an amazing experience. Buffet was good. Swimming pool could a little bit bigger. Cinema hall was not very standard. But the overall experience was memorable. Sports option was also good. They have so many activities like fishing and much more. Helicopter ride was thrilling but time span is very short.

I suggest that everyone should take their buffet option. Not individual restaurant. Because their buffet was far better than their other restaurants.

A must visit if you ever travel to the district of Sylhet or even make that special journey to a truly beautiful place for a memorable stay.
I spent a full day at The Palace Resort and had the privilege to have an exclusive guided tour.
The resort is approximately 90 minutes drive away from Sylhet, depending on traffic and driving conditions. When asking for directions, to my surprise a local referred to the area as ‘Kamal Bagan’ Kamal Garden!!
Once you have completed the windy road off the main highway, you are greeted at an enormous entrance gate by security. And once inside the wow factor begins.
In a nutshell it is simply breathtakingly beautiful, amazing and stunning.
The scenery, the accommodation, the facilities, coupled with the extremely courteous staff making it truly a unique experience and place to visit and relax. I know I did, even though it was for a very short time.
Oh! And the restaurants serve the most exquisite mouthwatering dishes. Too much to list but the handmade burger is a must.
