This was the cheapest place I stayed in 3 weeks in Bangladesh but that doesn't mean it was a bad place, it was 1 of the best valued places I stayed in during my trip to Bangladesh.
It has the usual stuff you want like hot shower, WiFi etc with good security. It would be good to have better lights on in the evening in the hallway.
1 thing to note if you are using maps.me there are 2 places with the same name, make sure you choose one that is in centre of the city. It's very centrally located.

Its a nice place to stay with nominal cost. Rooms are nice and the management is too good. Here food is also delicious and healthy. One can enjoy fresh tea in the rest house. Tea gardens, lakes and all other places could be visited from this place. The management can arrange local sight seeing with highly professional drivers and guides. Must stay here.
