Padma Restaurant

The atmosphere was very good. Uncle's behavior is very good. I went to Darjeeling without my family, but after a few days I started feeling homesick. Then I go here for lunch. And uncle let me eat like home.

One of the best restaurants in Darjeeling. Both Bengali and Darjeeling Cuisine available here. I liked their Thukpa and chowmein. Also their bengali thali was delicious😋. And the best thing it's opened till 10 pm .

Best Bengali and Chinese food they served , very good behavior of every staff and owner also . Budget friendly also if you want to eat best Bengali food within budget this is a must visit restaurent...specially their imli ki chutney and mukhwas after meal 😘👌

It was an wonderful evening in the mall, we spent a lot of time in this restaurant,,,we had chicken momo,,,awesome taste so delicious,,the stuffing was really something unique,,,the chutney was so hot and spicy along with thick vegan soup was just amazing,,,we miss this type of momos in the plains actually,nice ambience inside the restaurant ,,service boy was really very good,,he is very polite in behavior, overall nice experience, want to visit again,,thank you.

One of the great resturent in Darjeeling. When I visited Darjeeling, I went there every day for lunch or dinner. Here you will get from rice meal to chinese item. All the items are so delicious. Must try items: Laccha Paratha with Paneet butter masala, Chowmin with chilli chicken & Mutton Thali.

Very good bengali food available. I found other dishes to be equally good. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Small place, taste of homemade hot warm food, located just beside keventers. Managed by ladies.

Highly underrated probably because of the location... Good food with reasonable prices... Cozy home like feeling...

It was a good experience... tried chicken thali and egg thali. Both was tasty. Quantity of rice was enough for one. They behaved very well. I am pleased.

Where else will you go for Bengali food other than Padma and the the one beside Padma, even though both of them serve average food. Padma is a small restaurant, with good interior deco and mountain side view. Avoid fish curry and chiken curry. Have egg thali. Momo, chowmin, fried rice are average.

Taste not so good like other rastaurent

Food quality is great, atleast far better than Mahakal.
Dining hall has a great view, if the weather is clear u can witness The Majestic Kanchenjunga whipe having delicious meal.

I was here in 2019. Cheap, no nonsense food located right in the middle of Darjeeling. You have to go here early or else they get sold out.
I tried chicken dumplings which were so moist and were served with soup. The thukpa is also out of this world. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to this restaurant after seeing a youtuber review..
Finally it was my best decision... Great food and very tasty... I ate lunch there for all the days i stayed in Darjeeling..
Must to go for any North Indian

Very good food.but one can ignore the chowmein items.I dint like. But the fried rice are nicely tasted. Chicken preparation are also good.
