The Maple

Went to this place while on my recent trip to Darjeeling. I absolutely loved their ambience, the hospitality and of course the food.
We had ordered Maya basko chicken soup which was absolutely delectable.
For starters we had golden fish fry cake with Mexican salsa this without any doubt remains my favorite from this place.
For main course we had pork in bamboo shoots along with burnt garlic rice. The flavours were just perfect and so yummy.
To end this meal we had second flush standard tea which was a Darjeeling makaibari variety.

Nice food . Nice environment. Staffs are really generous and courteous. Foods served in style. Affordable to spend some time in Maple . Nearest to Cavenders . On the main road. Parking may be problem as this is on the main road but rest superb hotel with superb and nice staffs . All the best for 2021 .

Another attraction in the city to be visited. Good food quality and ambience. Also located right at the centre of the city. A must visit place.

The restaurant was super clean and pretty inside. I was sick and they made me a non-spicy clear veg soup and non-spicy spaghetti with tomato sauce. It was very tasty. The lemon green tea was also really good. Place is open until 10pm.

I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to treat their taste buds. Very delicious food and restaurant staff along with the manager (Victor) is very courteous. Do visit this place for food or drinks, you won’t regret.

Came in during an odd hour after a tiring journey from the South of India, shivering and exhausted of twisty treacherous roads. Asked if they can prepare any local dish apart from the usual suspect dimsums. Within literally 7 minutes there came a bowl on my table which had noodle in a mixed non veg broth containing pork, chicken and shrimp. The dish was an absolute cracker. Coming to the ambiance and service, spot on! Highly recommended!

It’s the best place in Darjeeling for food options

The ambience inside the restaurant was quite nice. We had soup and noodles. Both the dishes were quite good. The crews are quite helpful and we had a good time there.

Food,Service,Ambiance everything was excellent and the best part is the price is very reasonable plus the restaurant is very clean. Highly recommended this place must visit whenever you came to Darjeeling.

First of all the food is great, and you get a variety of choices from Indian/Chinese/Italian/oriental. The ambience is warm and cozy and the service is too good.

Had an awesome delicious meal. Situated in the perfect location, everything about the place is jaw dropping, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, etc etc

Ordered oolong tea and fresh flush tea with corn salt and pepper, everything was amazing the teas were amazing, must visit.
