My Mom was treated at Kunal Hospital for COVID-19, in April when Nagpur was at it's peak in terms of Covid infections. She was treated very well. The Covid ward was very clean and the nurses were very polite. Doctors were good as well. As visitors and caretakers, we, as family members faced various problems in talking to the Doctor, getting detailed information about medicines, etc. Doctors were unfortunately using my Mother's phone to communicate with us, instead of directly contacting us, which was very inconvenient. HOWEVER, contrary to all these, my Mom had a very good experience and she didn't negotiate for any less than 5 stars. She was looked at 24*7 and monitored throughout her time in the hospital. Thus, giving a 5 star to the hospital. Good Job, and Thank You!
