Very nice experience since long especially knowing Mr Santhosh, who convinced me to buy a "Carbon" cycle for my son two years back.. sharp two years again I visited them and bought a eMotorad X series thanks to Mr Santhosh and dear Vignesh to have suggested that instead of mechanical fibre gear cycle, it's better to take an e-cycle with boost propelled pedal for my son's birthday this time.

Recently my cousin and I bought Emotorad T-rex + from Just Buy Cycles Pattom. Initially was thinking of buying electric cycles of other brands, as I felt it was more reliable to do so. But Emotorad, being relatively a new company offered a lot of specs at a very reasonable pricing point.

But here is the most tricky part, I wasn't sure about the service, or any other parts if at all anything happens to the cycle. I was confused whether to buy the cycle from online or offline. Luckily i got a suggestion from a friend of mine who is a cycle enthusiast, to visit just buy cycles Pattom.

What led me to choose the Emotorad trex plus cycle was the welcoming and supportive attitude of Sri Santosh and his cordial staff, they actually gave me all the confidence to go ahead with this cycle, also all the formalities, registration of the cycle etc were seamlessly taken care of by sri Santosh. I'm very much thankful to him and his team and would highly recommend this showroom.

About the cycle : Wonderful cycle, no other words can describe it. Emotorad has not compromised on the built quality, everything in the cycle including the display is of high quality and make. At this price point of 40k we get removable battery, a decent display, a ignition key, very comfortable seats etc.Riding quality is also very good, we get exercise as well as the joy of exploring our city.
Also the constant followup from emotorad and jbc pattom even after 2 months of purchase is what amazed me the most. If anyone is looking for Trex +, i would say go ahead👍🏽

The staffs are friendly and supportive. There are many cycles available but some models are still unavailable in the situation of pandemic ultra demand. So better call and confirm for the availability. They give first free service for the cycles bought from their stores otherwise you have to pay.

Recently we decided to upgrade to road bikes. We belong to MarkUs Club. We did a study with online sources and user reviews and decided to go for JAVA Siluro 3D road bike based on our budget.

Now finding the right vendor was our next challenge. We visited couple of vendors in Trivandrum who could get the bikes for us. Finally we decided to go with Just Buy Cycles , Trivandrum. We opted for 2 bikes Mat Black and White .

Absolutely wonderful !!! That's how good my experience was with JBC. I was looking for a Firefox Karma for my sister. I did call up quite a few "famous" shops and none of them had it in stock and weren't very keen on offering any kind of alternative choice.
I had almost given up hope when I phoned Mr.Santhosh in JBC. To my absolute delight eventhough they did not have it stock, Mr.Santhosh immediately offered to get one ordered and brought it at his expense.
