Doctors are vary good and gives a instant care to patients. Receipant is not good or not talk mannerly with patient.

In various sections of the hospital, the absence of faucets in the toilets poses a challenge for patients, especially the elderly and pregnant women. It is crucial to prioritize comfortable toilets throughout the hospital to enhance their overall well-being.
Sadly, even on cabins! Water spray guns are missing! Disappointed on that!
Rest, nursing staffs and housekeepings are very polite and helpful! Thank you

Well behaved nurse's and well treatment....

Prior it was quite comfort and ambience was friendly for patient.

I used to think that this nursing home is the best in Darjeeling Town but after my wife's treatment, I had to change my view. If you get admitted in this nursing home then lowest amount you have to pay is Rs 50,000 + . Bill will never come less than this.

Also their system and staff are out dated. They aren't so much capable! Even after good amount of money they will ask you to go out for xerox and other stuff.

They don't accept digital transaction. What a joke! It's so difficult to pay the cost in cash! May be hospital is evading the taxes!

Nurses are rude even cleaning staff are! Hospital looks very dirty inside. You can spider webs on the walls and dust flakes in the glasses! Nurses doesn't look skilled and don't know how to talk. Sometimes they doesn't know what's going on with patients. They will keep repeating, have to ask to Doctor.

Hospital doesn't provide food to patients but only warm water. They don't provide bed sheets, pillow, blankets none of the things even when we take cabin room. They don't provide soap, hand wash, toilet paper. Nothing they provide. But they charge Money as like any reputed nursing home.

My verdict: Better not to have a first option. Only if you don't have any option then you can think for this hospital. This nursing home is a shame!

When u enter this hospital specifically to admit a patient then u will see a nurse shouting n telling u that SIR PACKAGE LIJYEGA SAB INCLUDED HAI.. as if they are trained like this nowadays because it’s a legal robbery happening by them..and also like the brokers in the street selling packages to the tourist. Secondly all the nurses except few shows very rude behaviour towards the patient n they tell lies like they are telling the truth. Guys plz remember…this is the only place which counts just after the religious places…u ppl give hope to the society n not behave like a butchers.

The ratings does not lie. Google should seriously implement the negative ratings too while asking for a review. Some many things are unorganised. They take the cash in the reception in advance and the patient is made to wait for hours for the doctor. The doctor does not come on time. The waiting area is not spacious enough to accommodate the number of people that they take in. The staffs are good for nothing. For an ultrasound test I have waited more than 2 hours (still counting).
The person at the reception should make the visitors aware of the waiting time before taking their fee. It will help a lot in cutting out those long waiting period. The doctor should be readily available at the hospital instead of visiting other hospitals. They should take 1 responsibility at a time. However, for them making money matter more than curing the patients.

This is my 1st and my last visit to this worst nursing home. They should remove the name Nursing home from Yuma nursing home as it stands totally opposite. They dont nurse people here. They squeeze their money out and give them unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.

The staffs are very ill mannered and rude. I had to collect my blood tests report and when I asked the nurse for it, she started yelling at me asking for the date and when I said I didn’t remember it, she started yelling again and saying she can’t give my reports if I don’t know the date and she didn’t even try to look for it. Why do you have registers if you can simply give out the reports, the management should look after all this and make sure it’s digitally updated. The hospital is worse than Govt. hospitals, they don’t know how to deal with the patients and don’t have the very basic etiquette. They treat us as if they are doing it for free, we pay money for all the facilities we avail so kindly make sure they act accordingly and atleast politely. The staff members should be well trained and if they can’t deal with the patients then they can stay at home rather than being a problem for the patients.

Very poor communications from both doctors & nurses. Unclean & unhygienic. Unprofessional, overpriced & overcharged. Got discharged on Friday but still waiting for my boy birth certificate. The counter lady is so busy counting cash & charging bills, she didn’t have time to print birth certificate😂
Total chaos.

Worst hospital in darjeeling ever....just sitting there to earn money.... They don't care about there patients..... They only treat u if u r their regular patients otherwise they refuse to treat u.... ... This tuma hospital is just a factory to earn money

Work in a nursing home is stressful, yes, but that does not mean that the staff can take out their frustration on customers and patients. Also, no proper place for OPD patients to sit. Huge crowds so you'll be waiting for a long time.

Very rude staff..very rude guards..one of my relatives was admitted here..the guard was not allowing visitors including the people who are staying with patient also....guard was scolding everyone..they are serving people..they should polite..but they were shouting everyone...

Very sad to say that no hospitality of any employee

One of the most dysfunctional nursing home we have in our town.
