Good hospital at darjeeling but really not every one but some sisters are really un mannered because of some sisters everyone gets included so please manner your self be in decipline

Nice hospital top 1 hospital

Doctor in the Hospital is one of the best in Darjeeling. Very knowledgeable nd frank.I was treated well by all. But on the last day the office staff messed up everything. I was supposed to be discharged on Sunday morning & guess wat since it was a sunday the hospital office opened late & because of which everything got delayed. I was discharged in the afternoon.Its known to b one of yhe best hospital in Darjeeling but such service from the office staff is nt acceptable.I understand if there is a rush..But just for the sake of completing ur sleep u open the office late thats not acceptable.i m saying for sake of sleep because i dnt see any other reason for the delay

1. Hospital sleep till 7 am morning (no in or out ),it is too shameful , ignore people emergency -Guard is manner less
2.Male & female toilet is to bad it smell worst, it smell throughout the patient room whole day.
3.Parking problem for patient party or guardian is not good managed

Those nurse are not qualified for their job it took them 30 minutes to come from their cabin and it took them 5 tries to find a vein to give sodium chloride injection😂 totally a joke hospital, there is a board on the corridor which says keep silence and walk slowly but at night the nurses scream eachothers name and walk like elephant, no timetable for anything worst hospital in darjeeling

No ramp no elevator for patients ER room has no facilities

"Planters Nursing home". As a part of the clg tour we visited darjeling, due to bad climatic condition, two of us went there, because of breathing issues. The nursing home was the easily accessible thatz why we went there. The facilities were too bad, but still we manged. Admitted there in the ward around 8 am doctor came around 9.30 same day evening we got discharged at around 4.30 pm. But they come up with a bill of RS. 14,726. around 5000 was medicine bill rest 9000 was hospital charges. So be careful, because in emergency case we don't have any other options. Lot of tourists are visiting that place, may be this review will help those people.

1st night of treatment is well ,good and satisfying Every nurses and sisters treat nicely with good behavior ,but after tomorrow from morning 2/3hours is ok like normal but afternoon nurses behavior is 3rd class when i asking for little help they tell me go check with other staff or guy, for 3second work ,then i go to check to other staff and i m asking for help and i got same answer ,no one comes to us for help ,its ok I understand sometimes this happened but same thing happened to my nearest bed patient also that's not good really disappointed, we pay money for you for each and everything when we pay you get salary and all , and yours staff behavior like that its unfair.

Yesterday I been admitted in emergency
for 24 hrs observation as I fell early morning at my home for further investigations and require treatment but what I find during my stay the nursing staff is so rude and hopelessly behave to me as I am on semi concious position the medicine not given on time B .P measurment not done when I asked them to do they replied that this not thier duty I am surprised to hear this type of answer from on duty staff .So My advice is bot to go to this hospital docis good well and good.

Very bad hospital. Guards are too rude not don't no how to speak with people. Very dirty, cigarette at washroom, too noisy, parking issue.

Security guard is very rude.
