We had a good time, the driver was very good and Nepal and others very friendly and made sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Camel ride was long and even accompanied by a doggo whom everyone loved. The camping area is quiet and the bedding very comfortable so we slept well. It is exactly how their website describes and a good value for the money.

I cannot begin to describe how FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, AMAZING the overnight Camel Safari is. It was the best experience I have had in India. Nepal, our guide, was wonderful and very caring. I was a little scared at first sitting on the camel, so he was very patient and sat behind me to make me feel safe. His cooking was excellent and we really enjoyed our time chatting with him. The stop over at the abandoned village was excellent and we loved walking around and having the place to ourselves before the horde of tourists came. The lunch stop under the lone tree was also amazing and Nepal showed us how to make vegetable curry and chapatti which would rival any restaurant in Jasailmer!
We enjoyed a perfect sunset with clear skies and a millions stars, and as we snuggled into our beds in the dunes, after a delicious fire-cooked dinner we thought how lucky we were to be able to experience something so awesome!
We are so happy that we booked the safari with Real Desert Man Camel Safari. and would say that for travellers coming to Jaisalmer, this is something you cannot miss out on! I cannot find fault with anything! If I could I would give Real Desert Man Camel Safari 11 out of 10!!!!!

An amazing experience: sleeping under the stars, fun and interesting dance and music show, lovely homely food, beautiful scenery, and friendly & helpful staff.
We chose to sleep out in the dunes under the stars and they brought us extra blankets to keep us warm. We were also able to use some space in the guesthouse in the city to freshen up and leave our bags while we explored Jaisalmer before our night train.
Overall a great experience and really worth visiting this part of Rajasthan!

The whole experience of staying in the desert was awesome! The rooms (read as Swiss tents) were very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was a highlight as it had a geyser too. The sand dunes were fine and the camel ride was good too! Highly recommend it if you want to try desert safari in India.

We had an amazing experience, sleeping under the stars and waking up with sunrise! Riding the camel 🐪 is an experience u don’t want to miss. Abe and Jeetu were great hosts, we enjoyed amazing food and relaxed together at the campfire. It’s the best location, off the beaten tracks. Would come again!

Great Desert experience! If you are ever in Jaiselmer and you are wanting an authentic experience in the Desert this is the place to do it. The tents we stayed in are luxurious, the beds are the most comfortable to sleep in and the washrooms are super clean. You also have an option to sleep outside! The experience comes with a jeep ride to see a few points, a camel ride while watching the sunset, a Rajasthan folk show while eating dinner and a breakfast the following day. All the workers are very kind and the most welcoming, especially Swaroop who helped us and guided us in everything we needed. Say hi to him for us when you meet him :)

We opted for the "Adventure Night and Cultural Show" package, starting with a pickup from the railway station to the safari camp. The food was fantastic, the camel safari and cultural show were enjoyable, and sleeping under the stars on the dunes was an incredible experience, despite the cold night. The staff was accommodating, providing ample blankets and comfortable bedding. Upon return, they offered us a space to freshen up and store our luggage for the day while exploring the city. Our driver, Jeetu, was exceptionally helpful, sharing local facts and making the drives engaging

The overnight safari offered by real desert man was truly an amazing and authentic experience starting from camel rides to the camping under the stars. Our guides Jeetu and Nepal was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and safe given that we were only two girls in the desert. It is a must do when you are in Jaisalmer. It is going to be truly an unforgettable experience. I have never seen these many stars in my life as I saw here in the beautiful Thar desert.

We had an incredible time on our 2 night safari. We were quite unsure what to expect but it was an experience like no other. We rode healthy camels with a group the first evening and then watched the sunset at camp before sleeping under the stars. The second day was similar but just myself and my partner. Longer riding on the second day which was incredible. All the food was home cooked on the fire - absolutely no complaints. Our camel driver Abe was brilliant. So professional and taught us about local culture while we rode. Would recommend this provider to anyone as the experience was incredible

Amazing trip! Sleeping under the stars was magical and the food was homey and delicious. Camels were cute and fun to ride. We didn’t see a sunset but it was the weather, but didn’t change a thing for how we enjoyed the experience. Jeetu and Abe were amazing hosts and told us stories by the campfire.

An absolutely phenomenal tour organized to the tee by an incredible group of kind, warm hearted, dedicated guys who made sure every need was taken care of and thought of. From pick up to drop off the service and experience was impeccable - every detail thought of and need catered to. We were incredibly moved by their generosity, warmth and concern for us and we so enjoyed getting to know them all and learning about their lives. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience!

I went with my girlfriend for an overnight stay in one of their luxury tents. I debated doing the overnight under the stars, but the room was well worth it. We talked to our hosts and they were open to taking us out for a few hours to stargaze by a fireplace, so we got the best of both worlds. Definitely recommending to my friends on their future trips.

Had a great time with the luxury tent overnight stay. Tent had hot water, bathroom, and electricity. I left my large baggage at the office in jaisalmer. We did a camel ride out and back from the Dunes, where we waited for the sunset. Had a cultural show and dinner at night. We paid extra for the night stargazing and bonfire, and it was definitely worth it. Great experience and we left / arrived back on time as in the description

Really nice and relaxing desert night trip. Camel rides were very fun and the guides were kind and took great pictures. The campsite was nice, beds comfortable. Dinner was very good and breakfast was okay.

My experience with real desert man safari is been very comfortable and Sawai ji made sure to provide with all the assistance and comfort . As woman travelling with a child he made sure to make us feel safe . Even after the tour ended they were happy to assist with all the support .
The whole team including guest house staff , camp staff , car driver were very courteous and cooperative.
Their camp provided beautiful camel safari with amazing cultural programs along with super clean and beautiful tents with all the facilities . They made sure to provide clean blankets and heaters to keep the tents warm and cozy in the peak winter.
Indeed it’s been wonderful experience to stay with them .

An incredible experience from start to finish! We just got back today and from the very beginning before our excursion even started, they took such great care of us. They picked us up from the train station at 6am and let us sleep in their guest house til we left in the afternoon.

The trip was everything we hoped for with a beautiful camel ride during sunset and we got to sleep underneath the stars in the middle of the desert. It was truly something special. The bed was comfy too!

The staff were all so kind and very organized and prepared. They took great care of us and had everything ready for when we would need it. I’d like to give a big shout out though to Abed and Nepal the camel guides who ran the camp for us overnight in the desert. They were wonderful and Abed’s positivity was contagious. They taught us a lot about the camels!

I would recommend this trip and company to anyone coming to Jaisalmer. They’re a local company and they’re really doing it right!

My recent camping experience on 31st December at this site was an absolute delight!

As it was 31st December, the camp was bustling with tourists, but the staff ensured that each and everyone was catered to. I was impressed with their hospitality and impeccable service.
The camping spot was provided a tranquil and comfortable haven after a day of outdoor adventures. The attention to detail in the campsite's setup was remarkable, with spacious and well-maintained grounds. The cozy tent provided a comfortable sleeping arrangement, guaranteeing a restful night sleep.

The camp's dining options were exceptional. The dining area provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with attentive service that added to the overall camping experience.

What truly set this camp apart were its outstanding facilities. The clean and modern bathroom facilities added a touch of comfort to the camping experience.

The best experience was the cultural program which captivated us throughout, until we welcomed the new year together.

We had a great time doing the desert trip with Jeetu and Nepal and Abay. The crew were super accomodating as we didn’t want to do the camel ride - we took a jeep tour to several villages and finally made it to the dunes where we helped with the cooking. Food was delicious. The spot was super beautiful and although it was cold at night, they had prepared extra blankets for everyone so we slept well.

We booked with Real Desert Man Camel Safari for our overnight stay in desert. Team picked us up from Jaisalmer Fort around 2 pm and drove us to abandoned village, which was nice experience. Then we drove to naturally formed water lake, which is one time watch, not much to do there. Next stop in our ride was to drop us at desert camp as pick-up point for camels.

Here things get interesting!! Camels took us to the desert dunes where we were going to spend night under the stars. Staff is friendly, especially Nepal and Jitu who greeted us with evening snacks. We enjoyed nice sunset on the dunes. Staff prepared us home-cooked simple dinner, followed by bonfire. It was too cold as we visited in December. But the night skies view was absolutely stunning. Beds provided were comfortable with heavy blankets for cold. You get mesmerized by the clear skies filled with stars, wherever you gaze. A beautiful night to remember!!

I would recommend this for everyone visiting Jaisalmer, who would like to have out-of-the-box tourism experience!!

Good rooms (we stayed in swiss tents), very friendly staff, and best service. It was just my friend and I (both of us girls) and never throughout the tour or safari did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. So definitely female traveler friendly!
