If hell on earth existed, this is that place. Worst employees ever. No professionalism what so ever. Employees will remind you of your financial class and abuse their position by making personal comments unnecessarily. No idea why this place even exists tbh. There's simply no point. They are getting paid to harass people more than doing their jobs. Worst person ever tho? The BANK MANAGER

Fraud happened to me on 14th I complained to bank my branch is Manakpur.
The manager of the bank did not even know which form to fill.
I took the form from another branch and filled it and gave it to him.
Today it's been 10 days, they haven't mailed the form to the head office yet.
Their phone calls go on throughout the day in the bank and no one is allowed to go to the bank for lunch.

Heavily crowded place, staff needs consistent reminders by customers to action their request. Only for security guards rest all employees are robots with Nil human expression. They make you wait for long time. Lunch hour is more than 1 hour. Chai time is endless. Do not argue with staff members they are quite opposite to constructive feedback. Give them superficial smile.

Worst experience staff not co-operate and not given proper information and lying to the customer not doing his Job as well before 6 month I applied for atm still iam not receiving my ATM card when I asked my friend he is also work in same bank hi checked hi tell me hi not entered in system

Worst service experience ...

Opened current account 6 months back still don’t have chequE BOOK . And ATM KIT.

No response from staff ...

Better chose other bank .
