Fotiya's Restaurant Cafe Jaisalmer

It was a great experience sitting on the roof top enjoying the desert breeze while feasting on Korean food. Especially like the bibimbak, surprise to see how creative they are in using local veg to create this dish.

My friend and I visited Fotiya’s for lunch during our stay in Jaisalmer. We ordered kimchi bokumbap and bibimbap… both were delicious!

And even though “iced tea” wasn’t on the menu, the manager kindly made me a glass. We definitely encourage you to check out their tasty Korean options! What a lovely surprise within a desert!

We stayed in their hotel and was surprised by the delicious Korean food here in the roof top restaurant cafe! The staff are super nice, we had a great time here. highly recommend it!

We tried a new Korean dish - “Dak-Galib Bokkeumbap”, looked somewhat like chicken fried rice but tasted very very tasty. (More of tomato sauce flavour).

You’d be surprised to find this wonderful nook in this beautiful city. The restaurant is on the rooftop of a hotel of the same name. The ambience is warm and welcoming and the food is scrumptious. They have an extensive Korean menu with equally diverse Indian, Italian and local dishes. Shoutout to our host Sayer for showing us a great time.

Dishes we tried: Shin Ramyun Noodles
Stir-fried glass noodles with chicken and rice
Yangnyeom (crispy Korean fried chicken).

Must try if you are in the city.

What an absolute gem! Arrived in Jaisalmer after a long train trip and Fotiya Restaurant was the perfect place to refuel. The Aloo Jeera, fruit salad and curd were excellent and the masala chai hit just the spot! Staff wonderful and friendly. Will definitely be back to sample more of their extensive menu.

Nice cozy place with good choices of both Indian and Korean cuisine. We tried both and loved the food

Really nice food here. Particularly enjoyed the Korean dishes as a bit of variation from Indian food (though the Indian food is great here too). Really reasonable prices, nice staff and a nice rooftop. Highly recommended.

If you wanna have yummy food in Jaisalmer, especially Korean food, please visit this place.

Fantastic place to come to eat! I stopped here for a couple of hours to use the wifi and get a great meal. The staff were super helpful and kind and let me stay here as long as I wanted until I finished my work.

I ate a Dal Fry and rice. I asked them to not put any spices in and for me it was perfect.

All three dishes were amazing. No compromise when it comes to quality and quantity.

The food was very good but the stand out was the great selection of Korean dishes on the menu. It provided a welcome break from the monotony of the same offering at most other restaurants.

We were staying at the attached hotel, but meet others that had come just for the food.

The food here was amazing! Sayar is a wonderful chef and each dish has be fabulous. I'll be back next year, Thanks guys

I thoroughly enjoyed the Special Rajasthan Thali, delicious and abundant. The staff made me feel at ease and I sat admiring the view while they freshly prepared my food. An atmospheric stroll from the fort, Fotiya's is absolutely worth going out of your way to visit.

After a few weeks in Jaisalmer it was refreshing to find a place where there was more variety than just indian, chinese or pizza. We tried the korean fried chicken which I can’t recommend enough. The bibimbap and stews although not traditional by korean standards are also really good

Excellent food and location. The Korean food is a surprise - it's genuinely great!
We also rate the porridge (being from UK 😉😋) which is a breakfast treat.

Authentic Korean taste. We ordered Jjimdak and Gamja Jeon ( Potato Pan cake) and both were awesome, and the taste was validated by a few Korean Guests there who helped us with the order earlier.

A must try if you are looking for Korean Food, or just need a change for your taste buds.

We came to visit Jaisalmer during the desert Festival. We were here for one week and ate here many times. The food and service was incredible, prices are very good too.

Great food, with the choice of both Indian & Korean cuisine, the menu has lots of options and the food tastes superb. The cost is also very good.

Amazing breakfast and very accommodative staff . A small restaurant to chill and good food. We stayed in a different hotel but ordered food from here . There are rooms available here and there is no elevator.
