I'm an armwrestler and a powerlifter and had been going through shoulder pain and stability issues for years. I reached a condition when I had major pains and a partial subscapularis tear. Fortunately I met Kevin sir and he guided me aptly. I followed his recommended rehab exercises properly and eventually after 6months my shoulder pain is non existent, I'm stronger on my right than ever and now I'm trying to get it stronger further.
