A top class Airport where many flights for National and International destinations are taking off.
Few souvenir shops and few Restaurants are located within the airport .
Good lavatory facility is available for both men and women.
Outside the airport a large parking area for cars coming to airport for carrying air passengers

I truly liked the airport architecture. It appears like a gorgeous metro city airport. I travelled here from Puri and I am truly impressed with the commute road between Puri and Bhubaneswar airport. The airport staff has a nice welcoming gesture and the maintenance and cleanliness is upto the mark.

1st airport of odisha. In the name of the Iron Man of Odisha Sri Biju Patnayak this airport was named. Not a very busy airport.
The ambience of the Biju Patnaik International Airport is really good and above average. This was my 4th experience to avail the flight from here. The ambience is par good as per the national standards.Many visitors are coming to have a look at Sri Jagannath temple, Puri. World famous temple.

The infrastructure is good more than better. Staff is also very friendly and helped everytime.
Free wi-fi is available. And security system is very hard.

( 4) The walls of the port are designed in craft and art of Odisha. It is awesome.

Recently it now became a part of joining most cities of Odisha through AIR ODISHA flights. It is good news for all odisha citizens.

Nice airport. Hussle free and cordial staff.However lounge is very small and most of the credit cards are not accepted.

Nice small airport conveniently located near the Capital city of Odisha. It is clean, well maintained. It has good connections to all metro cities with multiple daily flights from Vistara, Air India, Indigo, Go Air, Air Asia, Akash air etc. There is sky bridge and also bus service to transport passengers to and from the planes. The parking has Fast track auto payment system, so no haggling or over charging, costs around Rs55 for 2hrs. There are 3 baggage belts. Bags arrive quickly. There are restaurants inside with good selection of food. The airlines are strict in weighing carry ons, at this airport compared to other big Metros, so be careful to pack within 7kgs for carry ons. There is a big 1930s original Dakota Airplane displayed at thw front of the airport, it was flown by the Legendary Biju Pattanaik. That's an amazing plane to see.

It's the Bhubaneswar airport recently developed, the airport is clean and there are multiple cab and transport options outside. You can get cabs to reach puri sea beach directly from the airport itself. There is a waiting area for travellers and food court. Also the shopping area inside the airport is pretty impressive. This airport also has connectivity to major India cities.
Overall the experience here was good! The airport is well maintained. 👍

Last time at the time of Christmas, I have visited here and the decoration was quite impressive.. The way of welcoming the income people was very beautiful. The whole airport was decorated with Christmas tree, Santa, gifts and many other things. I really feel proud to see our airport in such a beautiful manner.

If you are new than definitely you should start with this Airport as the worker here are very polite and professional. They will help you with each and every step.

Also near the waiting gates odia food is also available.

Clean and neatly maintained airport. Had a nice experience while flying from here. Was able to grab a quick snack before check in. Would be thrilled If I see a Mac Donald's while waiting to catch flight ✈.

Amazing airport. Airport is very huge and beautiful. All amenities are there in the airport.

Five start because the place is not very crowded and is very clean and beautiful.
The airport is not very big but still has a lot of food options including Starbucks.
Sitting area is enough and there is sofas too. You can charge your phone while using it because of the location of plugs.
There are 1-8 gates.

The airport is large, clean and proper security . Here you can have proper restroom and drinking water available. You can have small shop to purchase and food outlet to have food.The ticket and luggage processing is quick and smooth . Proper waiting area is good and spacious.....
