Amazing gym for ladies. Friendly trainers who not only helps you with physical training but also provides great tips for weight loss. I lost around 3 kgs in a month with the diet n cadio suggested by the trainer. Thanks to Sana and her friendly approach which makes workout fun and satisfying 😊

One of the best gym in the city. Trainer is professional and friendly. The gym is clean, well organised and well maintained. Trainer at ladies gym gives attention to each members and suggests convenient workouts as per their needs.

Has all types of equipments provided with a good trainer moreover strict and dedicated trainer unlike other gyms . Bit crowded in the evening I prefer morning. Provides a good diet chart and all.
