Good officers, but they to control the traffic on chandapura circle on Saturday huge peek because of Market plz and more Main privet buses are long stop on bus stop in peek hours public are taking to risk go for govt buses plz solve this problem

All old officers seem to have been transferred. The new officers are very prompt and respond so much better. Changing back to 4 stars.

With all due to respect to newer officers who always respond on time. 1 star for them. Sadly they don't have enough privileges.

My experience with senior personnel are okayish. Sad part was they made me wait entire day(14hrs) to get my FIR done(January 2021) on same day because I wanted to avoid multiple visits and delays, that too with a challen.

Final report delays a lot, I'm still asking them for final report for insurance claim from over 5 months. God knows when they provide with Covid delays. They give 1 sentence polite response and send me away.

Edit: I've been calling them biweekly and they are now either ignoring calls or asking me walk down just to send me away with a single sentence reason.

Edit2: I finally got my final report in July. 6 whole months. Not sure if delays was because of covid but under city limits, duration is 45 days. Asusual you will be asked challen. And additional star for not dragging final report.
