Great view of the Himalayan ranges, this itself is a high cliff in between Melli and Namchi. Do visit and please do not pollute the area, many people come here for a picnic also.

Tarey Bhir is a 10000 feet long cliff edge with almost 3500 feet abrupt drop. A small pathway above the edge of the cliff would take you to the middle, from where you can catch a glimpse of the River Teesta and River Rangeet. The hilltop of Tarey Bhir is covered in pine forests and you can often..

Tarey bhir one the best destination in South sikkim I visited there on my bike from my hometown deoghar,first day hault I took in SILLIGURI and on next day it was like 78 kms from SILLIGURI,one of the best places you can check that video on my youtube channel-saurav g,and I will post some pics here too for getting an idea that how beautiful that place is,and let me remind you one thing when you will enter south sikkim by road a stretch of 20 kms is too stip that means you have to ride your bike very carefully
