This was our 2nd stay, and needless to stay we love this place. Truly the one of best places to stay at kargil, beautiful location with great views from all the cottages. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The warmth and care provided by host had really made us feel at home. It was very cold but the staffs made us feel comfortable. The food was delicious, we enjoyed every bite of it.

I visited this place recently, the overall experience was astounding I was smitten by the location and the overall feel of this place however, the service of the property owner Mr Abbas really made my stay a delightful experience, Mr Abbas took care of everything very diligently and guided me with routes to nearby locations, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who plans to stay near Kargil.

The Resort is very good one on the outskirts of Kargil. The location is really peaceful and nice. The people are very nice and warm. The hotel has very good facilities of hot water and also of heating the bed so that it remains warm. The food was very very good and delicious. A great place to stay and will definitely stay here again on the next visit.

The host of this property Mr. Abbas Ali also the owner is very helpful in providing me with the guidance to travel around.

Stayed here via Bunny group. Great place on the outskirts of Kargil. Peaceful. And very good dinner in terms of taste. Great staff too. Highly recommended.

1. Clean cottage with all modern amenities. 2. The courtyard has beautiful Sunflower garden.
3. Breakfast and Dinner were outstanding. Veg and Non-Veg both were simple yet tasty.
4. Outdoor seating in balcony and watching starts with clear sky is unforgettable.
5. Staffs were very courteous and helpful.

Nice resort to stay when in Kargil. I stayed in this resort for 1 night, the location of this resort is very good. Big and clean cottages were sparkling clean with all modern amenities and well maintained. In the backyard beautiful mountain view, in the front there is a huge sunflower garden. My only advice for them is to pay little more attention to the garden maintenance as some flowers are dried up. Outdoor seating in balcony and watching starts with clear sky is unforgettable. Foods offered were simple yet very tasty, they have 4-5 choices of different food served in breakfast and dinner. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. I would suggest everyone this property to consider for your stay...

A very comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and very good in their services. The restaurant is good as well. We were happy that the chef readily prepared some local food items that we asked for. Most of all, we found the owner Mr Ali a very reverential person who helped us plan our local visits. We found him to be a very articulate and knowledgeable person and it was a delight to chat with him about the history and current affairs of the district of kargil. I am happy to recommend this place with enthusiasm.

Just a beautiful place to crash in if you want serenity...The view is just awesome from bedroom... the room was average and enough....food was okay....overall beautiful resort...Although it's a bit far from the main market place but that won't be a problem if the hotel arranges you a car

The rooms were exquisite and comfortable.The location is very good near by kargil market. There is a nice buffet spread for breakfast. Overall very good.

One of the best resorts to stay. Although it is little far from the main area but it's quite peaceful with beautiful surroundings, mountain views and great lawn filled with colourful flowers. Food was amazing at this place.

Lovely stay far away from the hustle bustle of Kargil town with a picturesque view of the mountains. You can see the last check-post of the Indian army high up in the mountains as well!

The stay was perfect, so was the food .. the staff are very talented and if you are lucky you'll be able to witness their live music performance.

WiFi/internet might be a little unpredictable, but then that is something as travellers we need to be understanding about - given the stay is just a few km from the border.
