Every time I visit Madurai I make sure to add a stop here. The people are so welcoming and the food is levels of homely you cannot describe 😊. I absolutely adore the simplistic and fulfilling experience they provide.

Really recommend trying their mutton and fish based dishes because they are all really well made. I've been eating here for 20 years and they never fail to put a smile on my face every single time.

It's the best biriyani in Madurai...( Seeraga samba rice )

Love love love the food here. Quality is very good. My favorite is mutton kola, mutton chukka and biryani. They offer mutton liver some days and it tastes really good. Food is served in banana leaf. Rasam is yummy. Nice and clean and a must try non veg restaurant in Madurai.

Its a mess and not a hotel... So don't expect free gravy. :)

Non vegetarian restaurant .Only lunch is served .No breakfast and no dinner . Speciality is full course meals .Meals are served in clean banana leaf .Fish , Mutton , chicken curry and fish , mutton , chicken fry goes very well with meals .Even omelette and mutton balls are also good. Tasty , delicious homely meals. You have a tendency to over eat .

The management and staff are very noisy .They do pressure selling and make you to over eat . No car parking .Mutton and chicken biriyani is not that good .

The food is finger licking good but u need to be there by 12.30 else u will not get the full menu. And their services are too good.

Very homely non vegetarian delicacies restaurant. Lipsmacking dishes of mutton fish etc. Briyani is super. But my choiy is rice with mutton and spicy fish fry. Mouthwatering dishes.

Arulanandam Hotel is the best non-veg hotel in Madurai. The quality of the food is excellent and the taste is yummy. All the dishes are fresh, hygienic and healthy.

Traditional manpanai samayal (claypot cooking) at its finest.. Come here after 12:30 for awesome food.. Customer service is Awsum too.. Been eating here since my dad was small kid and I m already old enuf now!
