Had a great stay for 3 days n enjoyed it to the core at Ahlaydara farm stay. Great hospitality n service provided by Rinzing bro and his sister. Felt Close to nature and in midst of mountains. Surrounded by full of greenery n sounds of birds n aesthetic nature . It’s an absolute delight and A walk into nature and this is what our life needs.

Peaceful location in the might of a forest away from the residential areas. Comfortable bed and warm blankets and quilts in the room. Bonfire, local fermented alcoholic drink available there, homely food prepared using some of the organic fresh vegetables grown in the farm. A short trek away there is a splendid viewpoint for sunrise. I enjoyed two peaceful days there. The hosts Rinzing and his sister are very friendly and love making their guests happy. It's a brand new place but has traditional features like mud stove and we used field firewood for cooking. Food was tasty and abundant. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience for us to stay in Rinzing's place. The cottage is in the middle of the forest. Very quiet location away from city life. Happy to visit you again. Highly recommended place for nature lovers !!!

Lovely it is, as the name truly reflects. Stayed for two nights. Good homely food, good view from rooms, freindly staff members and a good owner. Enjoyed every minute of the stay. Looking forward to visit again in future.

Mr. Rinzing Tamang, his sister Mrs. Sachinta Limbu & brother-in-law Mr. Prashant Limbu are excellent hosts I have ever met. The local cuisine cooked and served by his sister is awesome. Eventhough, all his rooms were pre-booked, he managed to accommodate me in tent on my request. The place Alleydara is fantastic. I really appreciate Mr. Rinzing Tamang and his team for their hospitality, letting me know a little bit of local cuisines, customs, traditional dresses. I would recommend to try locally prepared Rhododendron wine. I am visiting them again for sure.

It's an absolute paradise. Whether you're traveling with friends or with family, this place will make you fall in love with traveling in more ways than one. Rinzing and his sisters are amazing hosts. They'd make you fall in love with their culture, food and place at once. The food is nothing less than homely yet close to their culture. If nowhere was a place, rinzing's homestay is the nowhere I'd want to be at!

When you move out from your house, from your daily routine to some other place to spend some days of leisure and comfort; all you want is a welcoming "HOST" and an environment which is healthy and easy going. This was totally what I got at Ahlaydara farmstay. The 2 days spent here, forgetting my usual schedule was something different and peaceful. The owners and the staffs are the reason why I would want to make another visit to the place. For the people coming from the cities; the place is "HEAVEN" on Earth!!# A must visit.

We stayed here for one day and we feel we are with our family, they all gives us too much respect, mr rinzing Tamang specially guided us as he is much experienced about south Sikkim and currently he promotes the beauty of the south Sikkim , we saw many scripts and documents at a monastery of ancient Buddhist monks above 200 years ,what was written in wood and in a special tree skin. We saw organic farm, diary farm and feel the heart of village life of south sikkim.

Honestly saying that one night is not enough to explore that all things like we missed tracking in hills and many more magical nature and ancient things which proves Sikkim has a different and magical life.

They charged very normal amount with food for us as we are 4 persons and gifted us a packet of tea though we charged a very minimum amount.

I think all the travellers always going to gangtok only like us but they all missed all things like panoramic view of kanchanjangha, village life, and a feelings to stay in a resort in peaceful mountain jungle like us .

We never forget that one night stand at this homestay and will come again with lot of free time to stay and specially for enjoying the trecking what we missed due to shortage of time.

Awesome hospitality, always with a smiles and happy to help attitude. Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and totally organic food, peaceful and an totally offbeat destination for people who take the roads unknown, this is the place.
