Not sure when they moved but they are no longer in the Baghdhara address and I'm unable to find the new address anywhere, even the ICICI website has this old address. Also their contact number updated here does not exist. Not professional at all.

The location in the google is still showing main road kalimpong. It should be updated since I came with grand pa but we get disappointed and we get troubled in getting the new location.

Manager behaviour is not Good.

Probably the worst bank location in kalimpong dirty dingy area, with Desi alcohol shops nearby, pile of garbage, the atm is always out of cash, the worst part is the staff and manager behaviour, they pester you everyday with calls and meetings until you agree to do some fd or insurance, i understand they have to meet sales target but customer should also have the privacy, they have full access to your account details, how much money you have in account everything and start calling you everyday until they don't empty your account pushing out insurances and fd, if you want peace don't bother giving ur number to their staff
