I have done my schooling in 3 different schools, I studied in my 1st school for 4 years, in my 2nd school for almost 8 years and for my higher studies I joined Rockvale which is for 2 years. I have to say the stint in Rockvale is the best of all. The faculty members are the best in Kalimpong, they complete the syllabus of their respective subjects on time and make the students understand each and every necessary detail. Apart from the faculty the students are very friendly and the hospitality of the school is on it's peak. The principal himself is very down to earth and courteous. As a new comer in Rockvale I can say that it doesn't feels like you're an outsider, in no time you'll start feeling as if you were always a part of the school. Newcomers get a lot of opportunities, which no other schools in kalimpong provide. It's my personal experience and I might say whatever Rockvale was in the past is no longer now. It's a new Rockvale with a positive ambience prevailing in it. Everyone should ignore all the negative feedback and experience themselves the positivity of the new Rockvale.

A perfect school at a perfect place. Nice cold weather all year. It has a basketball court, boarding house for both boys and girls with a huge dining hall. Students from different countries of South-Asia come here to study. In 1999, I attended Rockvale Academy, completing grade 7. My time in their boarding school, led by the admirable Mr. Prakash Pradhan as principal, left a lasting impression. The school's emphasis on serving abundant vegetables and the diverse student body, with 90% from Nepal, enriched my experience. Notably, it was during this period that my fondness for momo began to blossom.

Rockvale Academy is a beautiful place to visit as an alumni, as a parent or as a well-wisher. To put it in a nutshell RVA has a beautiful infrastructure suitable for students (for both boys and girls) be it day scholars or boarding students as well as for the teachers
Healthy environment for a student to grow and develop one's skills and personality to become a good human being for the society in future.
Over the years we have seen RVA bringing back the lost pride and honour of Kalimpong as well as the school itself.

Good School. Huge place and foods are good. Dormitory are available for girls and boys upto 12. It is in kalimpong.

A beautiful place as I have heard...never been to rock vale but I have heard a lot about it... it is a perfect place for schooling... my best friend too studies there... and as far as I know ...rock vale students are best in there manner and I would like to add ...they have good English too.
