Excellent experience at Rudra Hyundai Durgapur. I have booked Creta and got the delivery within 3 months, where the official waiting period for Creta is near about 6 months. It was a very very superfast delivery. All the staff members are very nice and helpful specially Mr.Ayon, he coordinated everything and helped me out to get my car in a superfast way. Overall I had a very very nice experience and I truly recommend Rudra Hyundai Durgapur to my friends and family.

Best Hospitality with Pure Gentle and Humble soothing behavior. I was impressed the way they treated me even though I'm not a Hyundai user. I'm now planning to have a new Verna. Very good service. Been there for service of my wife's car. The supervisor was polite and the whole process went smoothly. They explained all the repairs with their cost and didn't try to hard sell anything. Kudos for their service.

Although we have a Ford , Renault , Tata , and two Hyundai cars in our family, I personally love visiting Rudra Hyundai Service centre at Durgapur. The have well behaved and humble staff (specially Mr.Ghosh and Mr.Ram whom I personally know since last 15yrs and 7 yrs respectively).
I , very much recommend Rudra Hyundai Service @ Durgapur.

I loved the ambience of the showroom. The CRE including all he salesperson are very nice to us. Well spoken. Coffee with biscuits were served. Everything was so well coordinated, and well explained. Overall Loving the environment. And proud to be a Hunai family.

I was really impressed by the behaviour of all the staff at the showroom... They were courteous and possessed enough technical knowledge to guide a customer through with the details of the vehicle he or she is interested in... The showroom is conveniently located and is aesthetically built.. Mr Avijit Sen in particular was extremely helpful... Thanks to everyone for the wonderfully smooth experience..

Good and polite behaviour of the employees, they gave most of their time to the customers in explaining about cars, taking to the stock yard and showing the cars and giving time for test drive also. I have visited many showrooms, but Rudra Hyundai Durgapur's behaviour is the best which I liked . Specially the salesperson Somraj is awesome, so much experience and knowledge he has and along with him Soumyadeep is also a very good guy.
Previously I visited 2 years ago that time Pinak Chatterjee was there , he was also very good.
