Excellent Professional services by "Jaisalmer Shiva Taxi Service". We started at 2pm, went to Amar Sagar Jain Temple, Kuldhara and then in Desert Fort Resort we had Jeep Safari, Camel Safari. In the evening we had entertainment by local artists and had a comfortable dinner. We came back by 10pm.
Shiva is a very Polite and knowledgeable person. Please reach out to him directly for plans, he can give good suggestions for 1 or 2 days trip.

Just left Jaisalmer after my first ever visit. Arranged car through Shiva Taxi who I found online and chose (a) because his online ratings were great and (b) because he was very prompt in responding and easy to communicate with. Our flight was canceled the day of and there was uncertainty about our travel plans. Briefly we were toying with the idea of flying to Jodhpur and Shiva arranged to pick us up from there. Ultimately, that option didn’t work out. What was great was that Shiva was very flexible and kept trying to help us and all through was very responsive. The car we got was as promised and was clean and spacious with a good driver. Overall, it was a great experience to hire a car and driver from Shiva. Highly recommend.

Very good service and very co-operative driver. He also suggested us the time of food, places and made sure we do not miss light and sound show over lake. Very happy with services of Mr birbalram.

We used their service recently in March 2024 during our jaisalmer visit. The owner shiva and his co driver Ramesh ji are very welcoming , soft spoken and ensured we were felt like a family. Cars are clean and their reporting was punctual. Highly recommend.

Driver Muralidhar was very well-spoken and always reached on time. Apart from providing great taxi service, he was nice enough to give me a tour of his farms. He helped me get a sense of the locale and acted more as a guide than a driver!

Called a taxi from pickup & drop Club Mahindra Jaisalmer at the last moment, and Shiva quickly picked me up at a very reasonable price from the railway station. The ride was safe, comfortable and quick also drive mr. Blaram ji behaviour are good.

Muralidhar bhai was our driver come guide.
He was very polite and nice in nature.
He became my family friend.
Next time when I will visit Jaisalmer I will request to appoint him as our driver..He is entitled to get 5☆rating.

I booked the cab for 1 day Jaisalmer sightseeing along with Sam Dunes coverage with family and children.

First thing is Shiva is very polite and punctual. He has complete knowledge and made a great plan covering all the places very well.

Second thing, he reached before the time to start our trip and supported covering all the places as planned, even we got delayed than agreed time for closure of the day.

Lastly, very economical, I did check 3 to 4 cab vendors before booking this one, but I got this cab for the best price with great service, very polite, neat cab and was able to help explaining historical details of each place.

Definitely would recommend going with Shiva Taxi Services for quality, cost effective and professional services.

We had a 7 day trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer in Nov 2023. Our driver was Kamlesh from Shiva taxi services. I have nothing but good words for Kamlesh. Kamlesh was always prompt and on time throughout the trip. We never needed to wait for him. We were really impressed by his politeness, gentle behavior and knowledge of the places. We had a very smooth ride with him. I would definitely recommend him for your trip

We just call them, in the peak season they arranged TAXI for us and within 30 minutes we got our cab an Mr. YUSUF with a smile and polite nature, Yusuf is a nice person dropped us in DUNES, and picked easily next day on time.

Booked their services for a trip to Longewala, Tanot, and some viewpoints within Sam sand dunes. The driver was polite and efficient, having good communication skills, and the ability to understand the needs of the customer. The vehicle was Toyota Etios in pristine condition.

I had great experience with Mr Birbal, who brought us from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur and stayed with us the whole next day. Excellent driving and he had a brand new Kia Carens - very clean and tidy. Recommend services for taxi.
