The UAE Embassy in Thiruvananthapuram plays a vital role in fostering diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and India. It serves as a hub for various consular services, including visa processing and assistance for Emirati citizens. The embassy contributes to strengthening economic, cultural, and political ties between the two nations, reflecting the importance of international cooperation in today's interconnected world.

Located in very prime location of Trivandrum. The staff at the consulate are extremely helpful and professional.

Very easy process, just carry all required documents i.e., Passport, GAMCA certificate, RT-PCR report and an international credit/debit card. Went for the process yesterday and it was complete in an hour. These days they are not handing over the passport on same day, hence don't expect to receive it on the same day. If you face any issues, contact AL-Madeena travels, their office is beside the entry gate of consulate. The owner is extremely helpful and does the process for you in reasonable rates( I couldn't stay back in Trivandrum to collect the passport personally so gave a NOC to the agent to collect and courier the passport on my behalf)

Dear All,
The visa stamping in Embassy is very easy process
I visited Embassy on 16/09/2022
These are the steps you have to follow,
1.Book an Appointment by calling embassy number or sending a email to embassy.
2.Reach embassy before 10 am
2. Submit your medical certificate for attestation (approach the embassy receptionist , she will guide you) you have to pay 358 ₹
3. Once the attestation of medical certificate is done , Submit your original passport and medical certificate to the receptionist , she will verify the documents and give you a token number
4. Sit in the chair and wait for your token, when your token number came approach the counter and submit your documents and pay the fees(9600₹) you need international debit card.you have to pay in AED
5. Again you have to sit and wait for your turn,
This time Arabi will call you and approve your documents(Will stick a number to your medical report)
6. Then you have to go upstairs for biometric ( don’t worry very easy steps and very friendly staff)
7. Once the Biometric is completed the arabi will come to upstairs and we have to submit the passport to the Arabi(Once the visa stamping is done they will call you in the number you have given )
8. As soon as you came out the embassy,Inform your employer the number sticker on medical report( given by embassy)they will pay the labour fees(only after paying the labour fee embassy will stamp the visa in the passport)
Once when the stamping is done the embassy will call you to collect it, again you need to go there and collect the passport.
2.) Approaching through agency( I approached Almadeena Agency the best service with reasonable price) with out any tension
You have to Just message them in WhatsApp (you will get it from Internet)
Their service is as follows
1. Book the appointment
2. Book the room (if required)
3. Attestation of Medical certificate
4. Provide international debit card for embassy fees payment
5. Follow up your visa stamping ststus(Once you’re biometric completed)
6. Collect and Courier your passport and medical report to your address
I recommend to choose Almadeena agency (based on my experience) Agency located near to embassy
Note: mobile phone, jewellery , Coin and bag is not allowed inside embassy you have give this all to security ( they will collect and give you a token number) after the embassy formalities you can collect it

NB: Also there will be lot of agency guys approaching you when you are at the street, just ignore them and keep going.

Don’t worry very simple process

Greetings to the people reading this review,
People who are going first time for visa stamping, no need to worry, it's very simple process.
Please read the post till end, then only you will be able to understand the process and rules clearly
I had appeared at the embassy on 21/02/2022 for visa stamping. There are two ways a candidate can go for the visa stamping either you can go directly to the embassy for which there are particular things you need to have on your own, or else you can go with the help of an agency.
I will tell both the ways briefly.
1.) Approaching the embassy directly( without agency)
Once when your medical is done all you have to do is book an appointment of your choice with the embassy and carry your
a) original medical report
b) original passport
c) Rtpcr test report
d) Credit/debit card with international transaction because at the embassy no cash transaction will be done, you will be paying only through cards.

2.) Approaching through agency
a) Original medical report
b) Original passport
If you don't have Rtpcr report you can approach the agency, for which they will help you to get the rtpcr,
If you don't have international debit/credit card the agency will help you for that too.

For people who are willing to go through agency, AlMadeena agency is the best one which will provide the best service at reasonable price. The agency is located next to the embassy.

For both the approach process is almost same. People approaching through agency, the agency will guide you.
Independent people, here is the process steps

1.) Carry the documents which I had earlier mentioned and the card for transaction and enter the embassy, they will collect your phone and give you a token.
2.) You will then enter inside a glass door where a person will be sitting at the reception who will give you a token and guide you which counter you have to go.
3.) Go to that counter and you will be paying the amount through card and they will guide you to the next person for biometric.
4.) After these process they will guide for another biometric process where your eyes will be scanned and all ten fingers will be scanned.
After which they will collect your passport for visa stamping.
Once when the stamping is done the embassy will call you to collect it, again you need to go there and collect the passport. You also have courier option for which you have to fill a NOC form which will be available in the embassy, your agency will collect the passport on your behalf and will courier it to you for which you need to pay some amount roughly around 500 to 1000.

One more important thing, bags are not allowed inside the embassy, so plan accordingly. Either you can rent a room which will be available at affordable price near the embassy roughly around 200 to 400 INR.

Also there will be lot of agency guys approaching you when you are at the street, just ignore them and keep going. Don't start conversation with them.

10000 to 15000 INR will be needed for overall process.

That's it guys, may be for reading it may seem lengthy and complicated but in real it's very simple process.

ALL THE BEST...

I am sharing my experience....UAE Embassy working principle is really good. But in that embassy entrance lot of agents or consulting are standing like eagles. Don't go by the agents. UAE visa stamping and medical Attestation works are very simple to do yourself. If you have International credit or debit card means 8500 only they charged in UAE Embassy. Or else UAFX solutions (controlled and operated by UAE embassy govt only) is there. You go there and pay for visa stamping 6500 rs and medical Attestation 3600 rs only and submit directly in UAE embassy office. around 10100 rs only. If you go through by agent means 12000 rs and more they are collecting. It's very simple work. Don't loss your valuable money. Please go by directly. UAFX office is situated in near by UAE Embassy only.

Embassy of UAE has a very systematic and well maintained office at Trivandrum. Below are the detailed procedure one shall go through for the visa stamping. This is given with so much detail because I could see lot if agents misusing the lack of knowledge of normal people and scaring them to portrait that if we don't go through them process will get stalled.
This is a two day process ( one day for medical and next day for Visa stamping and attestation) and be at the locations as early as possible.

Step 1- Once you have the visa confirmation number from your employer proceed to the GMCA centre. Approved centres are available at Trivandrum, Cochin and Calicut in Kerala. For other states please refer to the GMCA website. They will open at 7.30 AM and will give you an appointment at the approved medical laboratories/clinic. Charges for medical is RS.5000 and has to be paid at clinic only. The medical certificate will be issued by 4'O clock in the same day. Collect the certificate and leave. You could see lot if agents behind you at GMCA centre asking to submit the report for attestation. Don't fall prey to them.
Step 2- This is where you should be careful. Check whether your debit card is an international debit card. If not you can utilize the help of agents or UAE exchange to get an international card. This is for medical report attestation for which the payment to be done using card only. Cost of this is AED 150 ( INR 2700 approx). if you are using Indian Debit card with the exchange rate it will go up to Rs.2900. For this agents will charge you Rs.3500-3700.
Stand in Que at the embassy gate which will open by 9 AM. At the reception tell about medical certificate attestation. They will give you the token and proceed to the respective counter. Once it is done again come back to the reception to get another token for Visa stamping.
Step 3- Wait for the token number to be called. They will verify the documents and will guide to the visa fee of RS.6250. If you are paying through cash a receipt will be given and you need to deposit the cash in the CDM available inside and wait for your turn. If card payment directly you can make the payment at the counter. once this is finished you will be guided to the biometric department.
Step 4- at the biometric section you need to follow the instructions of examiner and will finish soon. Then you will be sent for a formal visa interview where a UAE national will verify your documents and details. No need to worry they will speak your language (Malayalam,Tamil and Hindi).
Once it is completed you will be given the time when the passport will be ready for collection with the Visa stamped. Normally it will start from 1.30 PM.
all the process from step 2 to Step 4 can be finished in 2 hrs.
You will have a 2 month validity visa stamped in your passport and you can travel to UAE. Other process to be completed at UAE by your sponsor.

Very easy procedure if u have the proper documents.
Passport
Gamca report
International debit card of any nationalised bank except Canara.(they told they wont accept this bank)

If u owns card of ur family or friends carry their id proof copy or carry ur pancard along with u to take UAFX card.

If u go through agents they charge 10100 total
If u do ur self it only cost 8000rs totally.
Also don't go friday bcs u will end up collecting stamped passport monday.
If ur coming from far places u can submit a NOC and assign any travel agency to send ur medical report, passport to courier to ur adress.
They charge 300-500.
Inside consulate only documents allowed
U have to keep bags in hotel, mobile/smartwatch u can keep in locker with token number.

All the officials/guards are very helpful.

Long Queue to get in and Need to stay 2 Days in Trivandrum for completion of the process. If you are from northern parts of India , please plan accordingly as they will be closing the visa issuance at 12.30. Better to be at embassy from 06.00 Am because of the long queue.I couriered my medical report to Comfort travels(authorized agency)they attested my medical report and give it back @ 9:30am .passport wiil be ready for collection with the Visa stamped.Normally it will start 1:30pm.

I got stamping by one day. Everything is good and well organised but only struggle is to getting UAE Exchange card(Instead of international card). If u get it from outside Trivandrum ( means from your native itself), it is very simple process. Take only half day to get stamping.
1.Gamca Test report original needed

2.International card or UAE Exchange multi currency card needed (Fee-Rs.3950 , in AED 159 - This is for medical report attestation fee)

3.Indian normal debit card needed(Fee- Rs.6250 for visa stamping process)

4. Photo copy of visa needed

That's it to get stamping. Only struggle is second point ( International or UAE Exchange card)

If u have any doubts , text me in Google+ (saravana kumar)

Hi all,

I went to UAE Embassy in Trivandrum. It was a very good experience, all the staff and supporting staff was very polite and co-operative. But there are some rules you strictly follow to complete your process easily

Don’t carry any bag along with you coz it is not allowed inside, only documents are allowed to take inside the embassy.

Mobiles phones must be handed over to the security while going inside.

“DOCUMENTS YOU MUST CARRY”

1. ORIGINAL PASSPORT.
2. GAMCA MEDICAL REPORT.(ORIGINAL)
3. SPONSOR PAPER OR PAPER VISA.

You must carry a INTERNATIONAL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. Local bank card they won’t accept because they will deduct amount in dirhams from your card. But don’t worry if you don’t have International card there are some local agents they will do it but they will charge for that.

FEES TO BE APPLIED

1. Medical stamping (159 Dirhams)
2. BIOMETRIC (259 Dirhams)

Convert dirhams into rupees and check it how much money you must carry, roughly it comes around 9000 INR.

You will get your passport on the same day before 3PM or they will ask you to come back tomorrow same time.

I suggest people travelling must be prepare to stay there for 1 day because normally you will get your passport a day after you submit your file.

Hope this will help someone.

All the best guys!!!!

I got my visa stamped within one day. First ask your sponsor to take an appointment via. Visa.mofa.ae website. Then take a multicurrency card valued 160 AED, required documents and cash mentioned. Then if you go early in the morning, you can get your visa stamped in the evening if everything goes well.

Visa process is extremely quick and easy with friendly staffs & local currency equivalent Indian money is accepted for 160 AED (Rs 3100) for Medical attestation + 250 AED (Rs 5200) for Visa stamping,Locally issued Bank ATM card's accepted with mastero or visa card's,UAE consulate has ATM facilities to withdraw money inside the counter & pay.

Reach at 9:00 A.M follow the security instructions at gate and directly proceed to gate for medical attestation, next visa stamping, as UAE consulate is very friendly and it's better to avoid intermediate agents who charge extra Rs 1100 for Medical attestation + Rs 1500 for ATM card Total Rs 2600.

All process is completed & Stamped passport is handed over in hand by 2:10 P.m.

Seen more negative comments. But it's really good service. Don't go anywhere. If you want to complete the process. Go to the UROGULF a day before evening (5:00 )if you're far away from Trivandrum. You've to pay ₹3500 for medical attestation and provide your medical report to them. And especially call to the number I marked. He's a very helpful guy and he also show you the dormitory nearby which is air conditioned and it cost only₹300 per day (24hrs) . And the next day morning you don't have to wait in que . You just have to sit in the UROGULF office. The employee there go for attestation at 9am . And provide to you by 9:30-9:50 . And that's it you can easily enter embassy . And first you've to pay biometric charges which is ₹6270 . And then they carry your passport and tell you to wait until 2pm . If your employer paid already and sent you a issued visa , trust me the process will complete Very easily . If your employer didn't pay the money , the process may take to the next day .
NOTE: don't be oversmart here in international debit or credit card system . Even if you've international credit/debit card . Go to the UROGULF. They'll make the process very easy. Just they charge ₹700 . It's not big money . If you're stubborn . Please make sure you've to wait more in the attestation process , you've to stand in que for an hour from 8am to enter embassy and you've to wait for the attestation process inside , and wait more time in the counter inside . And you're the last one to get your visa stamped. Thanks and regards from NEEDAMANGALAM, TN
