Not supportive staff at all...All ladies are on their own work they are not customer support staff at all. Hire the good characters and behaviors staff. Maintain the service at every level.Its worst experience in banking. It's near to sitabuldi metro station.

My debit card exprired in dec -21 and today dt.02-feb-22 , till not dispatch new debit card , this is a wrost service.

Very Ill mannered staff. Poor service.
Because of their rude behaviour I am forced to close my account with them.
Had to visit the bank 5 times to get a dormant account activated.
So much better services and customer friendly behaviour of other banks.

The personnel sitting at the debit card counter made me go to the branch thrice without any reason and made me feel like trash and harassed me about kvc thinking I was a novice,insulted me and the girl next to her was equally rude when all I wanted was to update my mobile no.,they made me feel like I was an imposter and mad.sitabuldi branch is worst

This bank managers are worst .
They think they are more superior than others
And are rude

Worst Bob branch very rude behaviour of staff and watchman

It’s open by 11 and mentioned here 10 I have to wait for an hour
