Extremely disappointed with my recent Kerala RTC bus journey from Ernakulam to Bangalore. The broken AC vent made the trip uncomfortably cold. Worse yet, when I vomited due to the conditions, I was charged an extra 500 INR. Additionally, the KSRTC office staff called me and spoke very rudely. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using this service.
