F45 Training Vizag

I have been going to F45 Vizag for over 4 years. The functional 45 minutes training everyday is enough for over all body fitness. Equipment and Workout are very good and since the workout is not repetitive, it keeps the sessions interesting.
The trainers here in F45 Vizag are supportive and guide us well. They observe each and everyone and help you with the techniques and form. Overall, it’s been a very good experience.

Best place to workout in Vizag. Results are obviously as astonishing as the workout regime. You will never feel bored here. Everyday there will be an urge to come to the studio and perform.
The coaches are amazing and always push you to your limits and bring the best out of you.

Workouts are high intensity on few days but always at our own pace. Workouts are always different. Great staff , trainers and clean studio. The trainers engage you hit the intense point , not to overwork yourself.

I am grateful to the team- F45 Vizag as they helped me cross a major hurdle in a fitness journey- consistency. My experience since 2018 had it all- working out with the right technique, motivating trainers, and dynamic HIIT programs.
Now, I am lot more confident with myself and workout is a habit.

F45 is quite popular around the world for it's training methodologies. The functional exercises are meant to improve our heath and body fitness. I am glad that Vizag has got one and they are doing wonderful job here. The staff is very friendly. Just one hour training daily will do wonders for us. Must try.

Loved Every Bit of it. At the End u feel like its worth the price you pay. Trainers were super friendly.Just don't think much if u still doubt they offer you 3 day free membership where u get to choose whether to join or not.

probably the best place to workout . you will have a different set of workouts everyday which makes us to go to gym daily and u will never get bored of a workout routine and the trainers are absolute professionals u will have complete guidance and most importantly u will learn a proper form for all kinds of workouts .
