Tried the Pan Asian ( Red Bowl). The dining experience was excellent. Tasted authentic Thai Green Curry after a very long time. The service team was top notch. Mr. Pradeep at the restaurant was very helpful and charming. Making a visit again soon.

We visited the red bowl. The taste and ambience was great. Ms Ankita was a great host. Helped us with the menu, and also provided great service.

Hotel is perfect with helpful and friendly staff. Just had my dinner in the Zafarra restaurant and it was delightful. Abinash was my waiter and he really looked after me and made me feel comfortable. Look forward to dining here again. Highly recommended 5*

Spectacular service. The entire staff is very friendly and ensured that I was cared for. I never had to look for Nasir, he was always ready and willing to provide customer service with a smile on his face.

Staff was exceptional. Very attentive and pleasant. The food is pretty good for the price of hotel. Beach front property with gorgeous views...one of the best places to stay in Visakhapatnam. Travel Bause tip...upgrade to the 6th floor...premier lounge with daily happy hour (free food and drinks) can't beat that.

The food was amazing ans staff was great. s.Rajendra Kumar from premium lounge gave us his utmost attention and great customer service. We are staying for a conference and I would recommend this place to anyone for future stays

I had a great time. Experience at the executive lounge was best in India. Rajendra Kumar took great care me. If he is working make sure you are in his serving area.

Had lunch at Zaffran. awesome customer service Abinash, really accommodating and great hospitality. Food was good, location has really sick view of the beach. Highly recommended.

Nasir Ali’s service was phenomenal! He assisted us in every way possible as a waiter. The food was also delicious and the price was reasonable.

We feel relaxed at every minute when we're at the hotel. Everything was perfect: the housekeeping, the food, the beach view rooms. We had an access to the premium lounge and the food was delicious. Hotel is very well maintained and cleaning wise everything perfect and rooms are tidy with large bed.
