VNIT Library

The library is situated in front of department of computer science. It's a two story building. Book issue and return timings are 9.00 AM to 6.00 Mon to Friday. No operational functioning on weekends and some dedicated national holidays. The first floor is comprising the book shelves and reading room and at the second floor VNIT Alumni Association office and Computer Centre are there. Computer Centre is having computers for students general internet usage. In library lift is also available, security guards keep monitoring the visitors. RFID pole is at the entrance. Reading timings are restricted for girls till 9.30 PM and for boys no restrictions. In front of library a small lawn which is very attractive in nights. The library is having a book and report capacity of over 1 lakh. Student ID card is mandatory for library functioning. Wheel Chair accessible entrance.

VNIT library houses multiple functions inside it. It has the library, reading rooms where people can stay 24x7, Locker room for students, Computer centre, the Alumni association office, IV Labs, Photocopying-Printing centres et cetera.
The library is spread over two floors with books of multiple disciplinaries owing to the nature of the institution. It also offers a self-digital checkout option so as to ease the process of issuing books by the students.
There is also a vast lawn present adjacent to the library where students hangout usually.

It was our college Library.
It has really good facilities inside, there is a separate room for reading (Reading room).
Also there are other rooms also available for reading along with large collection of books.
It will be open 24 hrs daily except Sunday.

Reference books, Story books, Handbooks, Manuals and from offline source to online, everything is available at VNIT Library.

There is a high speed internet nearly 50 Mbps.Used by students very much.No entry without ID card issued by vnit.No casuals like shorts paijamas.should come in full pants

Most luxurious library 😍

It is a nice place for study, very peaceful and you can find so many books, journals related to study.

Its good.
And have lot of reference books plus journal.
But, it is only for VNIT students.

Great library, well maintained books , good collection of books.

Best place for reading and references. But exclusively for the students of VNIT only.

It is open for all days except three national holiday days
