Today i am visited in abhyankar nagar's central bank branch. My grandmothers account is their , i have transfer my gradmother account from Dhantoli branch to Abhayankar nagar branch, because abhaykar nagar brach is close to my residence. Today i have face horrible experience happen with me and my grandmother by thier staff. I was taking withdrawal form filled it and going to take thumb impression of my grandmother at the first counter, thier is one lady name Monika Meshram firstly she is not clear us what is the problem with our passbook or anything. She said me and my grandmother rudelly to go sit its take time. After 1 hour second lady mrs Khandate she also shouting on me said us. ( paise chahiye ya nahi rudelly) .then i replied its our money we have right to take that money your not given us it from your pocket. after that they said ( humne daya ki tum logo pe yaha account tranfer leke ,kisipe daya krni hi nahi chahiye and lost off bad word she even abuse my grandmother said = behri ho kya sunai nahi deta ) , after that i drop my grandmother at home. And again came to the bank with complaint letter, and after that i spoke to the branch manager but the brach manager not even confront that lady in front of me.and said i am sorry behalf of my staf with angerlly tone. But why r you sorry man ,make that two ladies sorry . My concern was is that right behaviour to deal with seniour citizen .or central bank only deal nicely with that account holder whoes having lakhs in thier accounts. I notice today one old aged man came their who having pesions and all that same lady monika she nicely talk with him ( sir aap kaise ho bohot dino bad aye../par kio bhai hamare sath kio midal class logo ke sath aise behave krte kta tum log. )
