Nice place but the place MONUMENT TUGU SO QUITE FAR FROM the place I stayed.. and if u walk from malioboro you need walking more 1 -2 km .. but When I came arrived the place is nice prefer u come in night 🌙 because u can see tugu LAMP look beautiful

Getting crowded but still has its charm.
Now you have cafes and seats around the monument to spend some time here.
No ticket require, public space.
Best time: sundown to evening.

Extremely a good place to just hang out with friends or with your lover, taking photos or just chit-chatting, the most iconic location of Yogyakarta, can be visited anytime, in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise, in the dawn, you can enjoy the sunset, in the night you can enjoy the vibe of Yogyakarta.

Is a good place to start a tour we booked on guruwalk and heading towards to Malioboro street. Is an important monument for Yogyakarta and there is a mini map beside on the side of the road. Very interesting, read into it or book a tour.

If you are visiting Yogya, the icon of Yogya is this monument.
This is like public walking space and anybody could visit here.
I suggest for walking, because this place is too crowded and need time to park your vehicle.
