ASTON Kupang Hotel & Convention Center

Excellent location. Breakfast is nice and the service is excellent. My room is facing the beach. Just a wonderful view!. I met with a student trainee named Mar, a local resident studying at the nearby tourism school. She is very polite and professional. Glad that this hotel also provides the locals with economic opportunities

Spent only one night at Aston while on a visa extension trip. The place was fully booked, however still quiet.
The room was clean with nice view of the sea. The service was forgetable, nothing special. Everyone did their jobs well, apart from the lady who was standing at the entrance. I guess she was supposed to open the door for the guests, but instead she barricaded it, by not paying attention to what was going on.
Breakfast is served from 4 AM, which is the earliest I've ever come across. There was a wide selection of indonesian food, salads, baked goods, juices and freshly made egg varieties for breakfast.
I don't know why they haven't implemented the water dispenser system yet... Please do!

We love the Aston Hotel and the front desk are absolutely amazing they are so helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the service we received was incredible. The rooms are clean and a great size. The buffet breakfast is well done and have a great selection. We ordered pizza our first might and it has to be the best pizza in town. Anyone coming to Kupang should stay at the Aston Hotel Kupang. The staff are like family they treat you with so much respect and love.

Stayed one night during my transit to Komodo. The experience was very positive from booking to pre arrival communication to room service. The hotel is clean and staff are very kind and helpful. The price is also very reasonable. I would definitely consider coming back.

Overall, upon we check-in staff were very attentive and welcoming. Ka ika and ka ferdi from breakfast team give a pleasant experience introducing their culture food whic is amazing. Thanks everyone for make our stay special.

Good food as well. Mr. Ferdy recommended local food, jagung bose - which is not into my taste, but I appreciate his effort to introduce local food.

I hear noises every morning from around 4.30 am next to my room (901), and it disturbed my rest. My room is near the pantry office, so the noises could be from the staff usual activities. Please resolve this for your future guests convenience.

Amazing staff with excellent service.
Clean and modern hotel in strategic location with sea view within walking distance to restaurants and 15 minutes drive to airport. Breakfast is value for the price. We had Arini and Ferdi who serve us this morning, with their friendly smile.
My favourite place every morning and evening is gourmet restaurant with balcony at 2nd floor.
The hotel has pool bar, gym and day spa Salon at 3rd floor, chinesse restaurant and mini bar next to lobby area, sky dinning and lounge at 18th floor, and underground parking. Aston has always been one of our favourite hotel to stay in Kupang.

we enjoyed the hospitality at ASTON Hotel Kupang and we had a wonderful experience staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome, thank you ibu hanny, pak ardian, pak andy, ibu kiky for ur services...

Their front office staff were so generous. The location is near to the city and it is in front of the sea. The room was clean and comfort. Next time i may try room with ocean view. Thank you Aston Hotel Kupang🙂

There is a lot food choices. The food is very delicious. You can eat outside during a beautiful view at the sea.

This is not my experience stay in Aston Kupang and I always satisfied to stay here.
The hospirality of staff is remarkable.
I met with Ferdi this morning who makes me feel at home.
I am sure that I will stay in Aston Kupang if I visit Kupang in the future.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at Aston Kupang. Best view!! Very very excellent service from frontdesk, housekeeping, waiter (we met this specific bapak Ferdi at the breakfast whose got 5star service) everybody here are all very smiley and kind. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Kupang!

This is the 2nd time I stay in Aston. It's in strategic location with amazing view to the ocean. Room is a okay, comfortable bed, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, everything I need isprovided. Breakfast is enjoyable with variety of foods from western to local. Fitness centre is a plus, with a complete range of equipments. Overall, it's an enjoyable stay in Aston

View was good, food was good just need a little bit consistency on the taste, staff was good especially mas Ferdy and Mbak Ika

Standard business hotel.
Internet is a bit wobbly but not something that prevents work.
Food and drinks choices are a bit limited on the 18th floor, Leet restaurant with the limitation compounded by rather loud and audibly distorted sound system which prevents enjoying the live music. On Wednesday evenings they have the locals dancing which is very enjoyable. Significant lack of choice in the food menu even though Kupang has got excellent local brew and tasty pork dishes.
