Swiss-Belcourt Kupang

The room I stayed in had ac problem at first in which it didn't even feel cool at all, then I contacted the receptionist, not long after, the technician came to check and solved the problem. Another thing, I think the shower need maintenance, whether there are clogged ones etc. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Really good value hotel, not too far from Kupang airport. Rooms are spacious and clean - the only negative is the bedding is sometimes quite stained. If possible get a room on floors 3 or 4.

Staff are very friendly and helpful - they helped sort a scooter for us to hire.

Would stay here again if visiting Kupang.

Forgetting to refill shower cap n sanitary bag on the last day. Other then that, is good.

The hotel offered shuttle transport but only one time either pick up or take you from Hotel to Airport. You should pay 50% in advance for room reservation by reason high peak season and room tend to fully occupied. The breakfast was good ana various menu. The room was big particularly in seaview and internet connection was awesone. The only thing needs to be improved is the service from receptions. Many time there were miscommunication e.g. we already transferred the payment but they need to double check to accountant. It took time. There were still many examples for that kind of thing. Overall good and comfortable hotel.

I got a room with the sea view. The rooms are big and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from - either lobby or dining room

It’s conveniently located at sea front so you can have the sea view all the time you want. I love that they allowed me to do early checkin.

Room is spacious enough and comfortable, BUT the ac could’ve been cooler. Kupang is crazy hot and somehow the ac didn’t manage to completely cool the room.

What a perfect experience staying in Swiss Bel Court Kupang. They bring such a perfect hospitality. Stayed in sea view room and the room is so clean with amazing view. This is the many times that I have stayed in Swiss-Belcourt Kupang and for works I traveled quite often to Kupang. I have tried out many hotels in Kupang and only in this hotel I feel like home away from home. The hotel is in great location, good facilities and especially the hospitality of the staff, all very friendly and always very welcoming. Special mention to Stevi, the front office, she has always remember me and very helpful, very friendly and definitely a genuine hospitality person! All the staff are friendly, the ladies at the lobby bars (I don’t know their name yet) they are always very friendly and helpful. I wish I can mention all their names but they are truly gems. Will always gonna come and stay at this hotel when I’m in Kupang. Breakfast is also good (for the room rate). Stay here, don’t go anywhere else. For the price, the room is really good and clean

Overall is nice. Just only the ac is not really cool but still fine. The sea view room is amazing, we can see magical sunset from the room!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is good, well maintained and clean. The staff was excellent in service. I unintentionally left my ID card here and ask their staff assistance through phone whether they could deliver it to me through courier or something else, and fortunately they accept my request with prompt response. Definitely will return here again if I have a chance to go to Kupang again.
