Went to this hospital several times in the past year.They have improved its hospital ambience for sure. The garden looks really nice, it's probably the best one compare to other hospitals. Tried their new service (online appointment) for BPJS users which is easy to use with less waiting time (can be improved for better performance). Hope they can keep up the good work.

Keep up the good work. I have a suggestion for the front office staf, please be kind in every situation when you serve the patients, when you directing the patients, when you're talking to them, plese being more hospitality.
Because last week I saw the poor service of the staf when she was gave an information and direction it was not very polite and not hospitable. I knew the staf and remember her.

I hope it could be a lesson for them (staf) how to hospitable when you serving the patients! 🙏😊
